أعلنت دله الصحية عن نتائجها للفترة المنتهية في 30 يونيو 2026م، مسجلة نمواً ملحوظاً في إيراداتها وأعداد المراجعين في مختلف المناطق الجغرافية التي تخدمها. وجاء ذلك بدعم من تعزيز التشغيل للمرافق القائمة والاستحواذات الجديدة وتنامي الطلب على خدمات الرعاية الصحية النوعية.
نتائج الربع الثاني من العام 2026م
ارتفعت إيرادات المجموعة في الربع الثاني من عام 2026م بنسبة 4.3% لتصل إلى 1,107.90 مليون ريال سعودي، مقارنةً بـ 1,062.43 مليون ريال سعودي في الربع المماثل من العام السابق، بزيادة قدرها 45.46 مليون ريال سعودي. وجاء النمو مدعوماً بزيادة أعداد زيارات مراجعي مستشفيات ومراكز المجموعة، حيث ارتفعت أعداد الزيارات بنسبة 8.9% لتصل إلى 1,037 ألف زيارة، مقارنةً بـ 953 ألف زيارة في الربع المماثل من العام السابق، بزيادة قدرها نحو 85 ألف زيارة.
وجاءت الزيادة في الزيارات في مختلف القطاعات الجغرافية للمجموعة، حيث ساهمت المنطقة الوسطى بنسبة 60.1% من إجمالي النمو في عدد زيارات المجموعة، بينما ساهمت المنطقة الشرقية بنسبة 30.3%، والمنطقة الغربية بنسبة 9.6%. كما استفادت الإيرادات من تنويع الخدمات الطبية المقدمة، إلى جانب النمو في الخدمات التخصصية.
وفيما يخص الاستحواذات الجديدة، فقد حقق مستشفيا دله الخبر ودله الأحساء نمواً في إيراداتهما بنسبة 22.5% في الربع الثاني من عام 2026م مقارنةً بالربع المماثل من العام السابق.
وانخفض صافي الربح العائد لمساهمي الشركة في الربع الثاني من عام 2026م بنسبة 19.5% ليصل إلى 100.01 مليون ريال سعودي مقارنةً بـ 124.26 مليون ريال سعودي في الربع المماثل من العام السابق، بانخفاض قدره 24.25 مليون ريال سعودي. وبعد استبعاد الأحداث غير المتكررة فقد ارتفع صافي الربح العائد لمساهمي الشركة في الربع الثاني من عام 2026م بنسبة 3.2% ليصل إلى 115.34 مليون ريال سعودي مقارنةً بـ 111.76 مليون ريال سعودي في الربع المماثل من العام السابق، بارتفاع قدره 3.58 مليون ريال سعودي.
كما انخفض ربح السهم في الربع الحالي ليبلغ 0.99 ريال سعودي للسهم مقارنةً بـ 1.23 ريال سعودي للسهم في الربع المماثل من العام السابق. وبعد استبعاد الأحداث غير المتكررة فقد ارتفع ربح السهم في الربع الثاني من عام 2026م بنسبة 3.5% ليصل إلى 1.14 ريال سعودي للسهم مقارنةً بـ 1.10 ريال سعودي للسهم في الربع المماثل من العام السابق، بارتفاع قدره 0.04 ريال سعودي للسهم.
وفيما يخص البنود غير المتكررة، فقد تضمنت نتائج الربع الثاني من عام 2025م عكس مخصصات زكوية بقيمة 12.5 مليون ريال سعودي بعد إقفال سنوات الفحص الزكوي حتى عام 2023م، بينما تكبد الربع الثاني من عام 2026م تكاليف تشغيل مستشفى منى للطوارئ بمكة المكرمة خلال موسم الحج بقيمة 15.3 مليون ريال سعودي، ما يعني أن البنود الغير متكررة أثرت بمبلغ 27.8 مليون ريال سعودي في تغير صافي الربح خلال الربع الحالي مقارنة مع الربع المماثل من العام السابق.
النتائج النصف سنوية
ارتفعت إيرادات الشركة في النصف الأول من عام 2026م بنسبة 11.9% لتصل إلى 2,121.16 مليون ريال سعودي، مقارنةً بـ 1,895.19 مليون ريال سعودي للفترة المماثلة من عام 2025م، بزيادة قدرها 225.97 مليون ريال سعودي. وجاء النمو مدعوماً بزيادة أعداد زيارات مراجعي مستشفيات ومراكز المجموعة، حيث ارتفعت أعداد الزيارات للمجموعة بنسبة 17.2% لتصل إلى 1,976 ألف زيارة، مقارنةً بـ 1,686 ألف زيارة في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، بزيادة قدرها نحو 290 ألف زيارة.
وجاءت الزيادة في الزيارات في مختلف القطاعات الجغرافية للمجموعة، ومثلت المنطقة الوسطى نسبة 21.8% من إجمالي النمو في عدد زيارات المجموعة، بينما مثلت المنطقة الشرقية نسبة 73.8%، والمنطقة الغربية نسبة 4.4%. كما استفادت الإيرادات من تنوّع الخدمات الطبية المقدمة، إلى جانب النمو في الخدمات التخصصية.
وفيما يخص الاستحواذات الجديدة، فقد حقق مستشفيا دله الخبر ودله الأحساء نمواً في إيراداتهما بنسبة 112.2% خلال الفترة الحالية من عام 2026م مقارنةً بالفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، مع العلم أن إيرادات المستشفيين في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق مضمنة في إيرادات شركة دله الصحية اعتباراً من تاريخ 23 مارس 2025م.
وانخفض صافي الربح العائد لمساهمي الشركة للفترة من عام 2026م بنسبة 34.1% ليصل إلى 184.53 مليون ريال سعودي مقارنةً بـ 279.82 مليون ريال سعودي في الفترة المماثلة، بانخفاض قدره 95.29 مليون ريال سعودي. وبعد استبعاد الأحداث غير المتكررة فقد انخفض صافي الربح العائد لمساهمي الشركة للفترة من عام 2026م بنسبة 7.4% ليصل إلى 199.86 مليون ريال سعودي مقارنةً بـ 215.89 مليون ريال سعودي في الفترة المماثلة، وبانخفاض قدره 16.02 مليون ريال سعودي. وانخفض ربح السهم للفترة الحالية ليبلغ 1.83 ريال سعودي للسهم مقارنةً بـ 2.81 ريال سعودي للسهم في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق. وبعد استبعاد الأحداث غير المتكررة، فقد انخفض ربح السهم للفترة من عام 2026م بنسبة 8.9% ليصل إلى 1.98 ريال سعودي للسهم مقارنةً بـ 2.17 ريال سعودي للسهم في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، بانخفاض قدره 0.19 ريال سعودي للسهم.
وفيما يخص البنود غير المتكررة، فقد تضمنت الفترة من عام 2025م عكس مخصصات زكوية بقيمة 12.5 مليون ريال سعودي بعد إقفال سنوات الفحص الزكوي حتى عام 2023م، كما تضمنت تسجيل مكاسب نتيجة مساهمة في صندوق عقاري بقيمة 51.4 مليون ريال سعودي، بينما تكبدت الفترة من عام 2026م تكاليف تشغيل مستشفى منى للطوارئ خلال موسم الحج بقيمة 15.3 مليون ريال سعودي، ما يعني أن البنود الغير متكررة أثرت بمبلغ 79.2 مليون ريال سعودي في تغير صافي الربح خلال الفترة الحالية مقارنة مع الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق.
هذا، وتمكنت الشركة من تحقيق نمو في إيرادات الفترة من عام 2026م مقارنةً بالفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، بدعم من الأداء التشغيلي، مما انعكس على ارتفاع إجمالي الربح بمقدار 47.95 مليون ريال سعودي. وفي المقابل، ارتفعت تكاليف التشغيل للمجموعة، بعد استبعاد التكاليف غير المتكررة، بقيمة 44.5 مليون ريال سعودي، (أغلبها تعود إلى تجميع تكاليف مستشفى دله الخبر ومستشفى دله الأحساء في القوائم المالية للمجموعة بداية من 23 مارس 2025م). وارتفعت تكاليف التمويل بقيمة 24.06 مليون ريال سعودي بالخصوص نتيجة تجميع تكاليف التمويل لمستشفى دله الخبر ومستشفى دله الأحساء في القوائم المالية للمجموعة، ونتيجة أعباء تمويل خطة استحواذات المجموعة. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الشركة ستستخدم غالبيةمتحصلات صفقة بيع حصتها في شركة الدكتور محمد راشد الفقيه (شركة زميلة) والتي استلمت منها 466.7 مليون ريال سعودي خلال شهر يوليو 2026م في تخفيض أعباء التمويل القائمة، مما سينعكس أثره إيجابياً على القوائم المالية للفترات القادمة.
وارتفع صافي الربح قبل تكاليف التمويل والزكاة والإطفاء والاستهلاك، المعدل بأثر الأحداث غير المتكررة، للفترة من عام 2026م بنسبة 5.02% ليصل إلى 430.7 مليون ريال سعودي مقارنةً بـ 410.1 مليون ريال سعودي في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، بزيادة قدرها 20.6 مليون ريال سعودي.

The company was able to achieve revenue growth for the period of 2026 compared to the same period of the previous year, supported by operational performance, which reflected an increase in gross profit by 47.95 million Saudi Riyals. Conversely, the group's operating costs, after excluding non-recurring costs, increased by 44.5 million Saudi Riyals, (most of which is attributed to the consolidation of costs for Dallah Hospital in Khobar and Dallah Hospital in Al-Ahsa in the group's financial statements starting from March 23, 2025). Financing costs increased by 24.06 million Saudi Riyals due to the consolidation of financing costs for Dallah Hospital in Khobar and Dallah Hospital in Al-Ahsa in the group's financial statements, and as a result of the financing burdens of the group's acquisition plan. It is worth noting that the company will use the majority of the proceeds from the sale of its stake in Dr. Mohammed Rashid Al-Faqih Company (an associate company), from which it received 466.7 million Saudi Riyals in July 2026, to reduce existing financing burdens, which will have a positive impact on the financial statements for future periods.
Net profit before financing costs, zakat, depreciation, and amortization, adjusted for the impact of non-recurring events, for the period of 2026 increased by 5.02% to reach 430.7 million Saudi Riyals compared to 410.1 million Saudi Riyals in the same period of the previous year, an increase of 20.6 million Saudi Riyals.
