أعلن نائب رئيس ديوان الرئاسة الروسية مكسيم أوريشكين أن الوضع الاقتصادي في البلاد يواجه تحديات معقدة نتيجة عدة عوامل، من بينها نقص الموارد وشح الكوادر.
وشدد أوريشكين على أن التأثيرات السلبية التي يشهدها الاقتصاد الروسي لا ترتبط بقيود استخدام الإنترنت.
وقال المسؤول الروسي، في تصريح للصحافي بافيل زاروبين: «الوضع في الاقتصاد معقد للغاية، إذ يوجد نقص في الموارد ونقص في الكوادر؛ ما يعيق وتيرة التنمية الاقتصادية، كما أن التحولات الهيكلية تسير ببطء، وكذلك عملية إدخال التكنولوجيا».
وأضاف أوريشكين: «الوضع لا يرتبط بقيود الإنترنت، والأرقام التي نراها بشأن التأثير السلبي في ديناميكيات الاقتصاد لا تعود إلى هذا العامل، بل إلى عوامل أخرى أكثر أهمية وتأثيراً على الاقتصاد».
The Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration, Maxim Oreshkin, announced that the economic situation in the country is facing complex challenges due to several factors, including a lack of resources and a shortage of personnel.
Oreshkin emphasized that the negative impacts being witnessed in the Russian economy are not related to internet usage restrictions.
The Russian official stated in a comment to journalist Pavel Zarubin: "The situation in the economy is extremely complex, as there is a shortage of resources and a shortage of personnel, which hinders the pace of economic development. Additionally, structural transformations are proceeding slowly, as is the process of introducing technology."
Oreshkin added: "The situation is not related to internet restrictions, and the figures we see regarding the negative impact on economic dynamics do not stem from this factor, but from other more important and influential factors on the economy."
