أعلن متحدث باسم الحكومة الألمانية، اليوم، أنها تعمل على صياغة مشروع قانون يلزم شركات النفط بتقديم مبررات مسبقة لزيادة الأسعار في محطات الوقود.
وجاءت هذه الخطوة على خلفية الارتفاع السريع في أسعار البنزين عقب اندلاع الحرب الأمريكية-الإسرائيلية على إيران منذ أكثر من أسبوعين.
مرة واحدة يومياً
وقال المتحدث: «إن التشريع قيد الإعداد سيسمح لمحطات الوقود برفع الأسعار مرة واحدة فقط يومياً في الساعة 12:00 ظهراً لكنه سيتيح خفض الأسعار في أي وقت».
وأحيل مشروع القانون، اليوم (الأحد)، إلى المشاورات الوزارية المشتركة وإلى البرلمان.
ويمكن اعتماده خلال الأيام القليلة القادمة، ولن يتطلب موافقة مجلس الولايات (بوندسرات).
ومن المقرر أن يكون هذا التشريع مؤقتاً على أن يُعاد النظر فيه بعد فصل الصيف.
A spokesperson for the German government announced today that it is working on drafting a bill that would require oil companies to provide prior justifications for price increases at fuel stations.
This step comes against the backdrop of the rapid rise in gasoline prices following the outbreak of the U.S.-Israeli war on Iran more than two weeks ago.
Once a day
The spokesperson said, "The legislation being prepared will allow fuel stations to raise prices only once a day at 12:00 PM, but it will permit price reductions at any time."
The draft law was referred today (Sunday) to joint ministerial consultations and to the parliament.
It can be approved in the coming days and will not require the approval of the Federal Council (Bundesrat).
This legislation is set to be temporary and will be reviewed after the summer season.
