أعلن المركز الوطني لإدارة الدين الانتهاء من استقبال طلبات المستثمرين على الإصدار المحلي لشهر فبراير 2026م ضمن برنامج صكوك حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية بالريال السعودي، حيث حُدد إجمالي حجم التخصيص بمبلغ قدره 7,868 مليار ريال.
5 شرائح
وبحسب البيان الصادر من المركز فقد قُسمت الإصدارات إلى 5 شرائح، بلغ حجم الشريحة الأولى 1,176 مليار ريال لصكوك تُستحق في عام 2031 م، وبلغت الشريحة الثانية 1,387 مليار ريال لصكوك تستحق في عام 2033م م.
وبلغت الشريحة الثالثة 1,598 مليار ريال لصكوك تُستحق في عام 2036 م، وبلغت الشريحة الرابعة 510 ملايين ريال لصكوك تستحق في عام 2039 م، وبلغت الشريحة الخامسة 3,197 مليار ريال لصكوك تستحق في عام 2041 م.
The National Debt Management Center announced the completion of receiving investor applications for the local issuance for February 2026 as part of the Saudi Arabian Government Sukuk program in Saudi Riyals, with a total allocation amount set at 7.868 billion Riyals.
5 Tranches
According to the statement issued by the center, the issuances were divided into 5 tranches, with the first tranche amounting to 1.176 billion Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2031, and the second tranche amounting to 1.387 billion Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2033.
The third tranche amounted to 1.598 billion Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2036, the fourth tranche amounted to 510 million Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2039, and the fifth tranche amounted to 3.197 billion Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2041.
