نظّمت غرفة مكة المكرمة ملتقى «مواسم» للتوظيف الموسمي؛ بهدف ربط المنشآت ذات الاحتياج الموسمي بالكفاءات الوطنية، ضمن جهودها المستمرة لدعم سوق العمل وتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية.
وشهد الملتقى إقامة 4 لقاءات إثرائية، بمشاركة 26 جهة من منشآت القطاع الخاص، وحضور أكثر من 1500 باحث عن عمل، إضافة إلى توفير الاستشارات المهنية والقانونية، ومناطق مخصصة للإرشاد المهني وورش عمل، ومعرض للتوظيف، أسهمت في تسريع إجراءات الاستقطاب وتعزيز فرص التوظيف الموسمي.
ويأتي تنظيم ملتقى «مواسم» استجابةً للاحتياج المتزايد للكوادر البشرية خلال المواسم التشغيلية في منطقة مكة المكرمة التي تشهد نشاطاً اقتصادياً متسارعاً في قطاعات حيوية، أبرزها الحج والعمرة، والضيافة والسياحة، والإعاشة، والتجزئة.
تمكين القطاع الخاص
وأوضح الرئيس التنفيذي للتواصل المؤسسي بغرفة مكة المكرمة فادي دهلوي، أن الملتقى يُعد امتداداً لدور الغرفة في تمكين منشآت القطاع الخاص، وتعزيز جاهزيتها للمواسم، في مقدمتها موسم الحج.
وأشار إلى أن الملتقى يسهم في رفع كفاءة التوظيف، ودعم استدامة سوق العمل، وتحسين مستوى الجاهزية التشغيلية بما ينعكس إيجاباً على جودة الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن.
ودعا أصحاب المنشآت للاستفادة من مبادرات مراكز غرفة مكة المكرمة التنموية، وما تقدمه من برامج وفعاليات نوعية في مجالات التدريب، والتوطين، وريادة الأعمال، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة المنشآت وتعزيز استدامتها.
The Makkah Chamber organized the "Mawasim" seasonal employment forum; aimed at connecting establishments with seasonal needs to national competencies, as part of its ongoing efforts to support the labor market and empower national talents.
The forum witnessed the establishment of 4 enriching meetings, with the participation of 26 entities from the private sector, and the attendance of more than 1500 job seekers, in addition to providing professional and legal consultations, dedicated areas for career guidance and workshops, and a job fair, which contributed to accelerating recruitment processes and enhancing seasonal employment opportunities.
The organization of the "Mawasim" forum comes in response to the increasing need for human resources during operational seasons in the Makkah region, which is witnessing rapid economic activity in vital sectors, most notably Hajj and Umrah, hospitality and tourism, catering, and retail.
Empowering the Private Sector
The CEO of Institutional Communication at the Makkah Chamber, Fadi Dahloi, explained that the forum is an extension of the chamber's role in empowering private sector establishments and enhancing their readiness for the seasons, particularly the Hajj season.
He pointed out that the forum contributes to improving employment efficiency, supporting the sustainability of the labor market, and enhancing operational readiness, which positively reflects on the quality of services provided to the guests of Allah.
He called on business owners to take advantage of the initiatives of the Makkah Chamber's development centers and what they offer in terms of quality programs and events in the fields of training, localization, and entrepreneurship, which contribute to enhancing the efficiency of establishments and promoting their sustainability.
