أكدت وكالة «ستاندرد آند بورز» تصنيفها الائتماني للمملكة عند مستوى «A+»، مع الإبقاء على النظرة المستقبلية مستقرة. وأشارت إلى أن السيناريو الأساسي يقوم على توقع تراجع التهديدات بحلول نهاية مارس الجاري، في ظل تراجع حدة التوترات الإقليمية، وفقاً لـ«رويترز».
وفيما يخص مخاطر إغلاق مضيق هرمز، رأت الوكالة أن المملكة تمتلك قدرة على احتواء هذا السيناريو عبر تحويل صادراتها النفطية والغازية إلى ميناء ينبع على البحر الأحمر، مستعينةً بخط أنابيب النفط الممتد من الشرق إلى الغرب.
وخلصت «ستاندرد آند بورز» إلى أن النظرة المستقبلية المستقرة تعكس قناعتها بقدرة المملكة على امتصاص تداعيات الصراع الإقليمي الراهن وتجاوزها.
Standard & Poor's confirmed its credit rating for the Kingdom at "A+", maintaining a stable outlook. It noted that the baseline scenario is based on the expectation of a reduction in threats by the end of March, amid a decrease in regional tensions, according to Reuters.
Regarding the risks of closing the Strait of Hormuz, the agency believes that the Kingdom has the capacity to contain this scenario by redirecting its oil and gas exports to the port of Yanbu on the Red Sea, utilizing the oil pipeline extending from east to west.
Standard & Poor's concluded that the stable outlook reflects its confidence in the Kingdom's ability to absorb and overcome the repercussions of the current regional conflict.
