وأُبرمت 68 صفقة ضخمة بقيمة لا تقل عن 10 مليارات دولار للصفقة، أعادت تشكيل قطاعات من الإعلام إلى الصناعات، مدفوعة بانتعاش الأسواق، وسهولة التمويل، وتخفيف القيود التنظيمية في الولايات المتحدة.
وأسهم هذا الزخم في رفع رسوم الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية إلى نحو 135 مليار دولار، بزيادة 9% على أساس سنوي، وهو ثاني أعلى مستوى تاريخياً.
صفقات الأسهم
واستحوذت الشركات الأمريكية على أكثر من نصف القيمة الإجمالية، بصفقات بلغت 2.3 تريليون دولار، وهي أعلى نسبة منذ 1998.
ورغم الطفرة، انخفض عدد الصفقات الإجمالي 7% إلى أدنى مستوى منذ 2016، كما ارتفعت صفقات الأسهم الخاصة بنحو 25% فقط إلى 889 مليار دولار، مع استمرار صعوبات التخارج.
The value of global deals surpassed $4 trillion in 2025 for the first time since the 2021 boom, reaching $4.5 trillion, an increase of nearly 50% compared to 2024, according to data from the London Stock Exchange Group.
Sixty-eight massive deals were made, each valued at no less than $10 billion, reshaping sectors from media to industries, driven by a market rebound, ease of financing, and regulatory relief in the United States.
This momentum contributed to raising investment banking fees to about $135 billion, a 9% year-on-year increase, marking the second highest level historically.
Equity Deals
American companies accounted for more than half of the total value, with deals amounting to $2.3 trillion, the highest percentage since 1998.
Despite the boom, the total number of deals fell by 7% to the lowest level since 2016, while private equity deals rose by only about 25% to $889 billion, as exit difficulties continued.
