تراجع الدولار أمام عملات رئيسية اليوم (الخميس)، بعد صدور بيانات أظهرت ارتفاعًا أقل من المتوقع للتضخم في الولايات المتحدة وارتفع الجنيه الإسترليني عقب قرار بنك إنجلترا (المركزي) بخفض أسعار الفائدة.
وانخفض الدولار (0.14%) إلى (155.43) مقابل الين، وهبط (0.26%) إلى (0.793) مقابل الفرنك السويسري.
وارتفع اليورو بشكل طفيف بعد قرار البنك المركزي الأوروبي الإبقاء على أسعار الفائدة دون تغيير، مع إبداء نظرة أكثر تفاؤلًا تجاه اقتصاد منطقة اليورو الذي أظهر قوة أمام الصدمات التجارية العالمية.
وارتفع اليورو (0.12%) إلى (1.1753) دولار.
وانخفض مؤشر الدولار، الذي يقيس أداء الدولار أمام سلة من العملات الرئيسية تشمل الين واليورو، (0.15%) إلى (98.22).
The dollar fell against major currencies today (Thursday), after data showed a lower-than-expected rise in inflation in the United States, and the British pound rose following the Bank of England's (central bank) decision to cut interest rates.
The dollar decreased (0.14%) to (155.43) against the yen, and dropped (0.26%) to (0.793) against the Swiss franc.
The euro rose slightly after the European Central Bank's decision to keep interest rates unchanged, with a more optimistic outlook on the Eurozone economy, which has shown strength against global trade shocks.
The euro increased (0.12%) to (1.1753) dollars.
The dollar index, which measures the dollar's performance against a basket of major currencies including the yen and the euro, fell (0.15%) to (98.22).
