دشنت وزارة الدفاع في الرياض، اليوم، برنامج التحول المهني، الذي يُعنى بتهيئة وتأهيل وتمكين العسكريين بعد التقاعد للانتقال المهني إلى المسارات المدنية، بما يسهم في دعم استقرارهم واستدامة دورهم التنموي، بحضور مساعد وزير الدفاع للشؤون التنفيذية الدكتور خالد بن حسين البياري، وعدد من قيادات الوزارة من عسكريين ومدنيين.
واستعرض خلال حفل التدشين عرض مرئي لأهداف البرنامج، التي تركز على تعزيز القدرات العلمية والمهنية للعسكريين المقبلين على التقاعد، ومواءمة مهاراتهم مع حاجات سوق العمل، إلى جانب الإسهام في توفير فرص التدريب والتوظيف، ودعم التمكين في مجالات ريادة الأعمال.
وأكد المدير العام التنفيذي للإدارة العامة للموارد البشرية في وكالة وزارة الدفاع لخدمات التميز المهندس سامي بن عبدالعزيز البدنه، في كلمته بهذه المناسبة، أن برنامج التحول المهني يمثل امتداداً لمسيرة العطاء العسكري، من خلال تحقيق انتقال مهني منظم وآمن للعسكريين المتقاعدين، بما يسهم في تحويل خبراتهم العسكرية إلى قيمة اقتصادية مستدامة في سوق العمل. وبين أن البرنامج يشتمل على أربعة مسارات رئيسية، تشمل التوعية والتدريب وإعادة التأهيل عبر تطوير المهارات ومنح شهادات احترافية ونوعية معتمدة، والتوظيف من خلال توفير فرص وظيفية متوائمة مع الخبرات العسكرية، إضافة إلى مسار ريادة الأعمال الذي يهدف إلى تمكين العسكريين المتقاعدين من تأسيس مشروعاتهم وتحويل خبراتهم إلى قيمة اقتصادية منتجة ومستدامة.
من جهته، أكد مساعد وزير الدفاع للشؤون التنفيذية الدكتور خالد البياري أن تدشين برنامج التحول المهني يأتي بتوجيه ومتابعة كريمة من وزير الدفاع الأمير خالد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، في صورة ناصعة من صور الوفاء لمن خدموا هذا الوطن من أبطال القوات المسلحة، وتجسيد صادق لنهج القيادة الرشيدة في تمكين أبنائها.
وأكد أن البرنامج يجسد رسالة وفاء، وترجمة عملية لرؤية وطن يستثمر في الإنسان ويؤمن بقدرات أبنائه، ويمثل انتقالاً من ميدان إلى ميدان، ومن خدمة إلى خدمة، بهدف واحد يتمثل في خدمة الوطن والمساهمة في مسيرة تنميته.
وأوضح أن التجارب الدولية أثبتت أن الاستثمار في العسكري المتقاعد يُعد استثماراً في الكفاءة والجدية والثقة، لافتاً إلى أن المملكة، بقيادتها الرشيدة، لا تكتفي باستنساخ التجارب العالمية، بل تعيد صياغتها وفق رؤية وطنية طموحة تجعل من الإنسان السعودي محوراً للتنمية.
وشهد الحفل الإعلان عن توقيع عدد من مذكرات التعاون بين وزارة الدفاع وجهات من القطاعين العام والخاص في مجالات التدريب والتوظيف وريادة الأعمال، بهدف تهيئة وتأهيل وتمكين العسكريين المقبلين على التقاعد من الالتحاق بسوق العمل والمجالات الريادية.
The Ministry of Defense in Riyadh launched today the Professional Transformation Program, which aims to prepare, qualify, and empower military personnel after retirement for a professional transition to civilian paths, contributing to their stability and the sustainability of their developmental role, in the presence of the Assistant Minister of Defense for Executive Affairs, Dr. Khalid bin Hussein Al-Bayari, and a number of ministry leaders from both military and civilian sectors.
During the launch ceremony, a visual presentation was showcased outlining the program's objectives, which focus on enhancing the scientific and professional capabilities of military personnel approaching retirement, aligning their skills with labor market needs, in addition to contributing to providing training and employment opportunities, and supporting empowerment in entrepreneurship fields.
The Executive Director of the General Administration of Human Resources at the Ministry of Defense's Agency for Excellence Services, Engineer Sami bin Abdulaziz Al-Badnah, emphasized in his speech on this occasion that the Professional Transformation Program represents an extension of the military giving, by achieving an organized and secure professional transition for retired military personnel, which contributes to transforming their military experiences into sustainable economic value in the labor market. He explained that the program includes four main tracks, which encompass awareness, training, and rehabilitation through skill development and the granting of accredited professional and quality certificates, employment by providing job opportunities aligned with military experiences, in addition to an entrepreneurship track aimed at enabling retired military personnel to establish their projects and transform their experiences into productive and sustainable economic value.
For his part, the Assistant Minister of Defense for Executive Affairs, Dr. Khalid Al-Bayari, confirmed that the launch of the Professional Transformation Program comes under the guidance and generous follow-up of the Minister of Defense, Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, as a shining example of loyalty to those who served this nation from the heroes of the armed forces, and a sincere embodiment of the wise leadership's approach to empowering its citizens.
He affirmed that the program embodies a message of loyalty and a practical translation of a vision for a nation that invests in its people and believes in the capabilities of its children, representing a transition from one field to another, and from service to service, with a single goal of serving the nation and contributing to its development journey.
He explained that international experiences have proven that investing in retired military personnel is an investment in efficiency, seriousness, and trust, noting that the Kingdom, under its wise leadership, does not merely replicate global experiences but reshapes them according to an ambitious national vision that makes the Saudi individual the focus of development.
The ceremony witnessed the announcement of the signing of several memorandums of cooperation between the Ministry of Defense and entities from both the public and private sectors in the fields of training, employment, and entrepreneurship, aimed at preparing, qualifying, and empowering military personnel approaching retirement to join the labor market and entrepreneurial fields.
