وقّعت «NHC» اتفاقية تطوير عقاري مع شركة العمر للاستثمار لتطوير مشروع «داما المشرقية» في وجهة المشرقية بمدينة الرياض، بقيمة استثمارية تتجاوز 600 مليون ريال، وذلك ضمن مشاركتها في معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025.
ويمتد المشروع على مساحة تتجاوز 158 ألف متر مربع، موفرا 618 فيلا سكنية تعزّز تنمية الوجهة وتوفّر خيارات سكنية عالية الجودة لعملاء «NHC».
وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية ضمن جهود «NHC» في تعزيز المعروض السكني ورفع نسب التملّك بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، إلى جانب تمكين القطاع الخاص في التطوير العقاري عبر استقطاب شركاء يمتلكون الكفاءة والقدرة على تنفيذ مشاريع نوعية تواكب تطلعات الساكنين.
وتتميّز وجهة المشرقية بتكامل الخدمات والمساحات المفتوحة والتخطيط العصري الذي يعزز جودة الحياة؛ إذ تمتد على مساحة تتجاوز 7 ملايين متر مربع شرق مدينة الرياض، وتضم أكثر من 14 ألف وحدة سكنية متنوعة ضمن بيئة حضرية متكاملة ببنية تحتية حديثة تشمل المساجد، المؤسسات التعليمية، المراكز الصحية، إضافة إلى مسطحات خضراء تتجاوز 700 ألف متر مربع ومرافق ترفيهية مفتوحة.
يُذكر أن مشاركة «NHC» في «سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025» تُجسّد دورها الريادي في تطوير وجهات عمرانية متكاملة، ضمن مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان، أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030، من خلال رفع جودة الحياة وتمكين العملاء من التملّك في بيئات عمرانية بمعايير عالمية، وترسيخ مكانتها الرائدة عبر مجتمعات نابضة بالحياة وجاهزة للمستقبل، ليست مجرد مشاريع، بل تحوّل وطني يُبنى على أرض الواقع.
NHC signed a real estate development agreement with Al-Omar Investment Company to develop the "Dama Al-Mashreq" project in the Al-Mashreq destination in Riyadh, with an investment value exceeding 600 million riyals, as part of its participation in the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition.
The project spans an area of over 158,000 square meters, providing 618 residential villas that enhance the development of the destination and offer high-quality housing options for NHC clients.
This agreement is part of NHC's efforts to enhance the housing supply and increase ownership rates in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030, in addition to empowering the private sector in real estate development by attracting partners who possess the competence and capability to implement quality projects that meet the aspirations of residents.
The Al-Mashreq destination is characterized by integrated services, open spaces, and modern planning that enhances the quality of life; it extends over an area of more than 7 million square meters east of Riyadh and includes more than 14,000 diverse residential units within a comprehensive urban environment with modern infrastructure that includes mosques, educational institutions, health centers, as well as green spaces exceeding 700,000 square meters and open recreational facilities.
