أبرمت NHC اتفاقية تطوير مع شركة ليدار للاستثمار، لتطوير مشروع «دار مكة» في وجهة بوابة مكة، بقيمة تطويرية تتجاوز 899 مليون ريال في خطوة تعكس استمرار NHC في توسيع حضورها في المدن الرئيسية وتعزيز المعروض السكني في العاصمة المقدسة، وذلك على هامش معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025.
ويمتد المشروع على مساحة تتجاوز 236 ألف متر مربع، ويضم أكثر من 930 وحدة سكنية من نوع الفلل، ليضيف خيارات سكنية نوعية في إحدى أهم الوجهات العمرانية الحديثة بمدينة مكة المكرمة، وسط جملة من المرافق المتكاملة والخدمات العامة، وفق أسلوب عيش يتناغم فيه المسكن مع البيئة المحيطة بتجانس مثالي يحقق جودة الحياة، فضلاً عن سهولة الوصول إلى المسجد الحرام خلال 20 دقيقة.
وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية ضمن جهود NHC في تعزيز المعروض السكني ورفع نسب التملّك بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، إلى جانب تمكين القطاع الخاص في قطاع التطوير العقاري من خلال استقطاب شركاء تطوير يمتلكون الكفاءة والقدرة على تنفيذ مشاريع نوعية تواكب تطلعات الساكنين.

NHC has signed a development agreement with Lidar Investment Company to develop the "Dar Makkah" project in the Makkah Gateway area, with a development value exceeding 899 million riyals. This step reflects NHC's continued efforts to expand its presence in major cities and enhance the housing supply in the holy capital, coinciding with the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition.
The project spans an area of over 236,000 square meters and includes more than 930 residential units in the form of villas, adding quality housing options in one of the most important modern urban destinations in the city of Makkah. It features a range of integrated facilities and public services, providing a living style that harmonizes the residence with the surrounding environment in an ideal blend that achieves quality of life, in addition to easy access to the Grand Mosque within 20 minutes.
This agreement is part of NHC's efforts to enhance the housing supply and increase ownership rates in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, as well as to empower the private sector in the real estate development field by attracting development partners who possess the competence and capability to implement quality projects that meet the aspirations of residents.
