وقّعت NHC عقد تنفيذ مع شركة المواطن الدولية على هامش معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025، وذلك لتنفيذ 1075 وحدة سكنية في وجهة الفرسان بالرياض بقيمة تتجاوز 875 مليون ريال، وتأتي في إطار جهودها المتواصلة لتعزيز المعروض العقاري وتطوير وجهات عمرانية تسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان أحد برامج رؤية 2030.
ومثّل NHC في التوقيع رئيس وجهة الفرسان المهندس يحيى سراج، فيما مثّل شركة المواطن الدولية رئيس مجلس الإدارة أحمد النملة.
وتعد وجهة الفرسان أحد أكبر الوجهات العمرانية التي تطورها NHC على مستوى المملكة، إذ تمتد على مساحة تتجاوز 35 مليون متر مربع، وتضم أكثر من 50 ألف وحدة سكنية. وقد صُممت وفق تخطيط حضري حديث يواكب تطلعات السكان، ويعزز المشهد الحضري من خلال بنية تحتية متكاملة، ومرافق متنوعة، ومسطحات خضراء واسعة.
وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية لتنمية وجهة الفرسان بخيارات سكنية متنوعة تقدّم بتصاميم عصرية لتلبية كافة التطلعات، ما يعكس التزام الشركة بتوفير بيئة سكنية تجمع بين جودة الحياة والاستدامة والتكامل الحضري، وذلك في إطار المساهمة في رفع نسبة تملك المواطنين للمساكن بحلول سكنية مبتكرة.
يُذكر أن هذه الاتفاقيات تعكس حرص NHC على توسيع شراكاتها مع القطاع الخاص ودفع عجلة التطوير في المدن السعودية، ضمن جهودها المتواصلة لإتاحة الفرصة أمام المستثمرين المحليين والدوليين ليكونوا جزءًا من تجربة تعيد تعريف مفهوم التطوير العقاري وترتقي بتجربة السكن إلى مستويات أفضل.
NHC signed an execution contract with Al-Muwatin International Company on the sidelines of the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition, to implement 1,075 housing units in the Al-Fursan destination in Riyadh, with a value exceeding 875 million riyals. This comes as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the real estate supply and develop urban destinations that contribute to achieving the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the programs of Vision 2030.
NHC was represented in the signing by the head of the Al-Fursan destination, Engineer Yahya Sarraj, while Al-Muwatin International Company was represented by the Chairman, Ahmed Al-Namla.
The Al-Fursan destination is one of the largest urban destinations developed by NHC in the Kingdom, covering an area of more than 35 million square meters and comprising over 50,000 housing units. It has been designed according to modern urban planning that meets the aspirations of residents and enhances the urban landscape through integrated infrastructure, diverse facilities, and vast green spaces.
This agreement aims to develop the Al-Fursan destination with diverse housing options featuring modern designs to meet all aspirations, reflecting the company's commitment to providing a residential environment that combines quality of life, sustainability, and urban integration, as part of its contribution to increasing the percentage of home ownership among citizens through innovative housing solutions.
It is worth noting that these agreements reflect NHC's keenness to expand its partnerships with the private sector and accelerate development in Saudi cities, as part of its ongoing efforts to provide opportunities for local and international investors to be part of an experience that redefines the concept of real estate development and elevates the housing experience to better levels.
