بحضور ورعاية وزير البلديات والإسكان الأستاذ ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، وقّعت NHC اتفاقية تطوير عقاري فرعية مع شركة إيملاك كونوت Emlak Konut التركية، لتطوير عددٍ من الأراضي المخصصة في وجهة بوابة مكة بالعاصمة المقدسة، بقيمة استثمارية تتجاوز مليار ريال سعودي، وذلك على هامش مشاركتها كشريك مؤسس في معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025.
ومثّل الاتفاقية كل من محمد البطي الرئيس التنفيذي لـNHC، والأستاذ ياسر يلماز الرئيس التنفيذي في شركة إيملاك كونوت Emlak konut، حيث تهدف الاتفاقية إلى تطوير مساحات مخصصة تبلغ 255 ألف متر مربع في وجهة بوابة مكة، من خلال تنفيذ أكثر من 1000 فيلا سكنية وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والتصميم العمراني الحديث.
وتُعد هذه الاتفاقية خطوة نوعية تعزز الشراكة الاستثمارية بين المملكة العربية السعودية وجمهورية تركيا، وتعكس حرص NHC على استقطاب الشركات العالمية الرائدة في قطاع التطوير العقاري، بما يسهم في تبادل الخبرات وتطوير مشاريع نوعية تسهم في تحسين جودة الحياة وتوفير خيارات سكنية بمعايير عالمية.

In the presence and under the patronage of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Huqail, NHC signed a subsidiary real estate development agreement with the Turkish company Emlak Konut, to develop a number of designated lands in the Makkah Gateway destination in the holy capital, with an investment value exceeding one billion Saudi Riyals. This took place on the sidelines of its participation as a founding partner in the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition.
The agreement was represented by Mohammed Al-Batti, the CEO of NHC, and Mr. Yaser Yilmaz, the CEO of Emlak Konut, where the agreement aims to develop designated areas totaling 255,000 square meters in the Makkah Gateway destination, by implementing more than 1,000 residential villas according to the highest standards of quality and modern urban design.
This agreement is a qualitative step that enhances the investment partnership between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Turkey, reflecting NHC's commitment to attracting leading global companies in the real estate development sector, which contributes to the exchange of expertise and the development of quality projects that improve the quality of life and provide housing options with global standards.
