نفّذت وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية، ممثلة في وكالة الخدمات والامتثال الصناعي، 1553 زيارة ميدانية على المنشآت الصناعية في المملكة خلال شهر سبتمبر الماضي. وركّزت هذه الزيارات على متابعة التزام المصانع بالاشتراطات والمتطلبات اللازمة لممارسة النشاط الصناعي، واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحق المنشآت المخالفة، ضمن جهود الوزارة لتحسين بيئة الاستثمار وتعزيز حوكمتها، وضمان تحقيق عدالة المنافسة في القطاع الصناعي.
وأوضح المتحدث باسم وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية جراح الجراح أنَّ الزيارات الميدانية المُنفَّذة خلال شهر سبتمبر 2025 شملت 448 زيارة للمصانع في منطقة مكة المكرمة، و405 زيارات في المنطقة الشرقية، و380 زيارة في منطقة الرياض، إضافة إلى 117 زيارة في منطقة القصيم، و85 زيارة في منطقة المدينة المنورة، و55 زيارة في منطقة حائل، و24 زيارة في منطقة عسير، و20 زيارة في منطقة تبوك، و9 زيارات في منطقة الحدود الشمالية، و6 زيارات في منطقة جازان، و4 زيارات في منطقة نجران.
متطلبات لازمة
وأكَّد الجراح أن الوزارة ستواصل زياراتها الميدانية للتأكد من تطبيق المنشآت الصناعية للاشتراطات والمتطلبات اللازمة لممارسة النشاط الصناعي، ومتابعة التزام المصانع الوطنية بتوفير منتجات ذات جودة عالية ومطابقة للمعايير والمواصفات المعتمدة، إضافة إلى تصحيح أوضاع المصانع الواقعة خارج المدن الصناعية.
يذكر أنَّ وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية تشترط على أي منشأة تمارس النشاط الصناعي الحصول على الترخيص الصناعي والتصريح البيئي، والرخص المكانية، والرخص اللازمة للسلامة والتشغيل، بما يضمن تحقيق متطلبات السلامة، كما تشترط لممارسة أنشطة صناعات الغذاء والدواء الحصول على ترخيص الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء قبل بدء الإنتاج، إضافة إلى الحصول على شهادات مطابقة الجودة للمنتجات الخاضعة للوائح الفنية الصادرة عن الهيئة السعودية للمواصفات والمقاييس والجودة.
The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, represented by the Industrial Services and Compliance Agency, conducted 1,553 field visits to industrial facilities in the Kingdom during the past month of September. These visits focused on monitoring factories' compliance with the necessary conditions and requirements for conducting industrial activities, and taking legal actions against violating facilities, as part of the ministry's efforts to improve the investment environment, enhance governance, and ensure fair competition in the industrial sector.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, Jarrah Al-Jarrah, explained that the field visits conducted during September 2025 included 448 visits to factories in the Makkah region, 405 visits in the Eastern region, 380 visits in the Riyadh region, in addition to 117 visits in the Qassim region, 85 visits in the Madinah region, 55 visits in the Ha'il region, 24 visits in the Asir region, 20 visits in the Tabuk region, 9 visits in the Northern Borders region, 6 visits in the Jazan region, and 4 visits in the Najran region.
Necessary Requirements
Al-Jarrah confirmed that the ministry will continue its field visits to ensure that industrial facilities comply with the necessary conditions and requirements for conducting industrial activities, and to monitor the commitment of national factories to provide high-quality products that meet the approved standards and specifications, in addition to rectifying the situations of factories located outside industrial cities.
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources requires any facility engaging in industrial activities to obtain an industrial license, an environmental permit, spatial licenses, and the necessary safety and operational licenses, ensuring compliance with safety requirements. Additionally, for engaging in food and pharmaceutical industries, it is required to obtain a license from the Saudi Food and Drug Authority before starting production, as well as obtaining quality compliance certificates for products subject to the technical regulations issued by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization.
