أصدر مجلس التكنولوجيا الأسترالي تقريرا اقتصاديا أظهر أن تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي يمكن أن تُسهم بما يصل إلى 142 مليار دولار أسترالي سنويا في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي بحلول عام 2030.
وبيَّن التقرير أن هذا الأثر الاقتصادي سيتحقق من خلال رفع الإنتاجية، وتحسين جودة الخدمات، وتطوير قطاعات جديدة قائمة على الابتكار والتقنيات الذكية، موضحا أن قطاعات الصحة والتعليم والخدمات العامة والطاقة والزراعة ستكون من أبرز المستفيدين من هذا النمو التقني.
فرصة اقتصادية
وأوضح مساعد وزير العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأسترالي الدكتور أندرو تشارلتون أن بلاده تعمل على تنفيذ سياسة وطنية للذكاء الاصطناعي تهدف إلى تعزيز البحث والابتكار وخلق فرص عمل جديدة في مجالات التكنولوجيا المتقدمة، مؤكدا أن مستقبل أستراليا الاقتصادي يعتمد على تطوير وتصدير تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
وأشار إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي يمثل فرصة اقتصادية كبرى لأستراليا لتعزيز الإنتاجية وتحسين الخدمات العامة، مؤكدا أهمية التعاون بين الحكومة والقطاع الخاص لتسريع الاستفادة من هذه التقنيات، ودعم مكانة أستراليا في الاقتصاد الرقمي العالمي.
The Australian Technology Council has released an economic report showing that artificial intelligence technologies could contribute up to 142 billion Australian dollars annually to the GDP by 2030.
The report indicated that this economic impact will be achieved through increased productivity, improved service quality, and the development of new sectors based on innovation and smart technologies, noting that the health, education, public services, energy, and agriculture sectors will be among the main beneficiaries of this technological growth.
Economic Opportunity
Dr. Andrew Charlton, Assistant Minister for Science and Technology, explained that Australia is working on implementing a national artificial intelligence policy aimed at enhancing research and innovation and creating new job opportunities in advanced technology fields, emphasizing that Australia's economic future depends on the development and export of artificial intelligence technologies.
He pointed out that artificial intelligence represents a major economic opportunity for Australia to boost productivity and improve public services, stressing the importance of collaboration between the government and the private sector to accelerate the benefits of these technologies and support Australia's position in the global digital economy.
