أصدرت وزارة التجارة نشرة قطاع الأعمال للربع الثالث من عام 2025، مُتضمنةً نظرةً لأداء قطاع الأعمال وتطوراته في المملكة.
وتطرقت النشرة لإجمالي السجلات التجارية المُصدرة خلال الربع الثالث بواقع أكثر من 128 ألف سجل تجاري، فيما وصل إجمالي السجلات إلى أكثر من 1.7 مليون سجل تجاري بجميع مناطق المملكة.
وتضمنت النشرة مؤشرات رئيسية لنمو قطاع الأعمال، حيث نمت المؤسسات 21% خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية وصولاً إلى أكثر من مليون و200 ألف مؤسسة، والشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة تجاوزت 500 ألف سجل تجاري بنمو 158%.
الشركات المساهمة
ونمت سجلات الشركات المساهمة 49% وصولاً إلى 4488 سجلاً تجارياً بنهاية الربع الثالث مقارنة بعام 2020.
وسلطت النشرة الضوء على التطور في القطاعات الواعدة، وأبرزت نمو السجلات التجارية في أنشطة: تطوير وصناعة الألعاب الإلكترونية، وتقنيات الواقع المعزز، والخدمات اللوجستية، والتجارة الإلكترونية وغيرها من الأنشطة الواعدة في رؤية المملكة 2030.
The Ministry of Commerce has issued the Business Sector Bulletin for the third quarter of 2025, including an overview of the performance and developments in the business sector in the Kingdom.
The bulletin addressed the total commercial records issued during the third quarter, amounting to more than 128,000 commercial records, while the total records reached over 1.7 million commercial records across all regions of the Kingdom.
The bulletin included key indicators for the growth of the business sector, as institutions grew by 21% over the past five years, reaching more than 1.2 million institutions, and limited liability companies exceeded 500,000 commercial records with a growth of 158%.
Joint Stock Companies
The records of joint stock companies grew by 49%, reaching 4,488 commercial records by the end of the third quarter compared to 2020.
The bulletin highlighted the development in promising sectors, showcasing the growth of commercial records in activities such as: the development and manufacturing of electronic games, augmented reality technologies, logistics services, e-commerce, and other promising activities in the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
