أكد وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد الحقيل، أن حجم التمويل العقاري في السعودية يُمثل اليوم 27% من إجمالي محافظ البنوك السعودية.
وأضاف الحقيل في جلسة ضمن منتدى قطر العقاري، أن التمويل العقاري أصبح الركيزة الأساسية لنجاح واستدامة التطوير العقاري.
وذكر أن الشركة السعودية لإعادة التمويل العقاري (SRC) طرحت إصدارات في سوق لندن المالي دعماً لتكامل التمويل بين الأسواق المحلية والدولية.
وارتفعت القروض العقارية التي منحتها البنوك التجارية في السعودية للأفراد والشركات بنهاية الربع الثاني 2025 بنسبة قدرها 15% لتصل إلى نحو 932.8 مليار ريال، مقارنة بـ814.6 مليار ريال بنهاية الربع الثاني 2024.

The Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid Al-Huqail, confirmed that the volume of real estate financing in Saudi Arabia today represents 27% of the total portfolios of Saudi banks.
Al-Huqail added in a session at the Qatar Real Estate Forum that real estate financing has become the cornerstone for the success and sustainability of real estate development.
He mentioned that the Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company (SRC) has issued offerings in the London financial market to support the integration of financing between local and international markets.
The real estate loans granted by commercial banks in Saudi Arabia to individuals and companies increased by 15% by the end of the second quarter of 2025, reaching approximately 932.8 billion riyals, compared to 814.6 billion riyals by the end of the second quarter of 2024.
