أعلنت وزارة التجارة نمو قطاع الأعمال في المملكة، حيث بلغ عدد السجلات التجارية القائمة 1.7 مليون سجل تجاري في 2025.
وأوضحت الوزارة في بيان لها، أن عدد سجلات المؤسسات ارتفع خلال 5 سنوات ليصل إلى 1.2 مليون في 2025، بينما ارتفع عدد سجلات الشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة إلى 462 ألف سجل، والشركات المساهمة إلى 4.3 ألف سجل.
وبينت أن إجمالي عدد المؤسسات ارتفع إلى 1.2 مليون منشأة مقارنة بعام 2020 بنسبة عندما كانت آنذاك نحو 1.1 مليون مؤسسة، بنسبة ارتفاع 9%، أما الشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة فقد ارتفع عددها من 198 ألف شركة في عام 2020 لتصل إلى 462 ألف شركة بنسبة ارتفاع 133%، وارتفع عدد الشركات المساهمة من 2.9 ألف شركة إلى 4.3 ألف شركة للفترة ذاتها بنسبة ارتفاع 48%.
وأكّدت الوزارة أن هذا النمو يأتي في إطار الجهود المبذولة لتسهيل ممارسة الأعمال، وتنمية مساهمة القطاع الخاص في الاقتصاد الوطني، وتنويع مصادر الاقتصاد بما يتوافق مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.

The Ministry of Commerce announced the growth of the business sector in the Kingdom, with the number of active commercial registrations reaching 1.7 million in 2025.
The ministry clarified in a statement that the number of institution registrations has increased over the past 5 years to reach 1.2 million in 2025, while the number of limited liability company registrations rose to 462,000, and joint stock companies to 4,300.
It indicated that the total number of institutions has increased to 1.2 million establishments compared to 2020, when it was approximately 1.1 million establishments, representing a growth rate of 9%. As for limited liability companies, their number increased from 198,000 companies in 2020 to 462,000 companies, marking a growth rate of 133%. The number of joint stock companies rose from 2,900 companies to 4,300 companies during the same period, with a growth rate of 48%.
The ministry confirmed that this growth is part of the efforts made to facilitate business practices, enhance the contribution of the private sector to the national economy, and diversify economic sources in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
