ارتفعت أسعار النفط في بداية تعاملاتها اليوم (الإثنين)، مع تقييم الأسواق تجدد التوترات الجيوسياسية في أوروبا، في ظل صدور تقرير الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية بشأن البرنامج النووي الإيراني.
وصعدت أسعار العقود الآجلة لخام «برنت» القياسي تسليم شهر أغسطس، العقد الأكثر نشاطاً بنسبة 2.35% أو ما يعادل 1.49 دولار إلى 64.27 دولار للبرميل.
فيما ارتفعت أسعار العقود الآجلة لخام «نايمكس» الأمريكي تسليم يوليو بنسبة 2.8% أو ما يعادل 1.71 دولار إلى 62.50 دولار للبرميل في بداية التداولات اليومية.
وأفاد تقرير صادر عن الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية (السبت) بأن إيران زادت مخزونها من اليورانيوم المخصب إلى مستويات قريبة من درجة صنع الأسلحة، حسبما ذكرت «أسوشيتد برس».
يأتي هذا بعدما اجتمعت الدول الأعضاء الثمان في «أوبك بلس»، التي طبّقت تخفيضات الإنتاج الطوعية، وقررت رفع الإنتاج بمقدار 411 ألف برميل يومياً في يوليو، وهو الشهر الثالث على التوالي من الزيادة نفسها.

Oil prices rose at the beginning of trading today (Monday), as markets assessed renewed geopolitical tensions in Europe, following the release of a report by the International Atomic Energy Agency regarding the Iranian nuclear program.
Futures prices for Brent crude oil for August delivery, the most active contract, increased by 2.35% or $1.49 to $64.27 per barrel.
Meanwhile, futures prices for U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude for July rose by 2.8% or $1.71 to $62.50 per barrel at the start of daily trading.
A report from the International Atomic Energy Agency (on Saturday) indicated that Iran has increased its stockpile of enriched uranium to levels close to those needed for weapon production, according to the Associated Press.
This comes after the eight member countries of OPEC+, which implemented voluntary production cuts, met and decided to raise production by 411,000 barrels per day in July, marking the third consecutive month of the same increase.
