بارتفاعات شملت جميع المؤشرات، أعلنت شركة استثمار القابضة ش.م.ع.ق نتائجها المالية لفترة الأشهر التسعة المنتهية في 30 سبتمبر 2025، عقب اعتمادها من مجلس إدارة الشركة.
أظهرت نتائج استثمار القابضة ارتفاعاً في الإيرادات بنسبة 66% على أساس سنوي لتصل إلى 4,900 مليون ريال قطري، كما حققت الشركة أرباحاً قبل اقتطاع الفائدة والاستهلاك وإطفاء الدين EBITDA بلغت 1,082مليون ريال قطري بارتفاع قدره 89% عن الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي. وسجلت النتائج صافي أرباح 703 مليون ريال قطري بزيادة قدرها 99% عن الفترة نفسها من 2024. كما سجل العائد على السهم ارتفاعاً نسبته 117% إلى 0.194 ريال قطري، وارتفعت الأصول لتبلغ في 30 سبتمبر 2025 13,047 مليون ريال قطري مقابل 10,500 مليون ريال قطري في 30 سبتمبر 2024 بارتفاع نسبته 24%.
تؤشر النتائج المالية لاستثمار القابضة حتى الربع الثالث من العام 2025 إلى استمرار الشركة في تحقيق نمو مستدام يرتكز بشكل رئيسي على إستراتيجية الشركة في تنمية أعمالها إقليمياً ودولياً، والتي تنتشر حالياً في 9 دول هي قطر، المملكة العربية السعودية، العراق، سورية، الجزائر، الأردن، مصر، كازاخستان وجزر المالديف.
كما ساهم التطور المستمر في الأداء التشغيلي لقطاعات الشركة الأربعة؛ الرعاية الصحية، الخدمات، التطوير العقاري والاستثمارات السياحية والصناعات والمقاولات التخصصية في تحقيق مزيد من التوازن في إسهام القطاعات في نمو الإيرادات، كما أثمرت سياسات الشركة المالية والتشغيلية المنضبطة عن زيادة لافتة في هامش الربح.

على الصعيد التشغيلي، شهد الربع الثالث حصول شركة أبيكس هيلث، ذراع الرعاية الصحية لاستثمار القابضة على إجازة استثمار من الهيئة الوطنية للاستثمار في العراق لتطوير مستشفى بغداد الدولي بسعة 400 سرير، وتم الاحتفال بوضع حجر الأساس له خلال أكتوبر الجاري. يضاف مستشفى بغداد الدولي إلى سجل نجاحات استثمار القابضة في قطاع الرعاية الصحية في العراق، حيث تواصل أبيكس هيلث إدارة وتشغيل مستشفى الإمام الحسن المجتبى في كربلاء ومستشفى الناصرية التعليمي في محافظة ذي قار بنجاح لافت. هذا فضلاً عن تطور أعمال الإنشاءات للمستشفى الجزائري القطري الألماني في العاصمة الجزائر، الذي يهدف إلى إحداث نقلة نوعية في قطاع الرعاية الصحية في الجزائر من خلال توفير التخصصات الدقيقة والخدمات الصحية الفائقة. كما شهد الربع الثالث أيضاً حصول مجموعة أبيكس هيلث على خمس جوائز ضمن شهادة المبادرة الذهبية – التميز في تجربة المريض من اتحاد المستشفيات العربية.
في قطاع الصناعات والمقاولات التخصصية، وقّعت استثمار القابضة والبدع للصناعات والخدمات اتفاقية مع شركة سيمنس لتعزيز الحلول الذكية والمستدامة في قطاعات رئيسية مثل الرعاية الصحية، الطاقة، الخدمات والمقاولات بما يخدم إستراتيجية استثمار القابضة في التوسع الدولي.

With increases across all indicators, Investment Holding Company Q.P.S.C. announced its financial results for the nine-month period ending September 30, 2025, following approval by the company's Board of Directors.
The results showed that Investment Holding Company experienced a 66% year-on-year increase in revenues, reaching 4,900 million Qatari riyals. The company also achieved earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of 1,082 million Qatari riyals, an increase of 89% compared to the same period last year. The results recorded a net profit of 703 million Qatari riyals, up 99% from the same period in 2024. Earnings per share rose by 117% to 0.194 Qatari riyals, and total assets increased to 13,047 million Qatari riyals as of September 30, 2025, compared to 10,500 million Qatari riyals on September 30, 2024, reflecting a 24% increase.
