واصلت أسعار النفط انخفاضها عند التسوية أمس، بعد أن سيطرت زيادة إنتاج النفط لتحالف أوبك+ ومخاوف ضعف الطلب العالمي، على قلق المستثمرين.
وتراجعت العقود الآجلة لخام برنت بمقدار 1.12 دولار، ما نسبته 1.63%، ليصل إلى 67.64 دولارًا للبرميل، بينما انخفض خام غرب تكساس الوسيط الأمريكي بنسبة 1.7%، ما يعادل 1.13 دولار، مسجلًا 65.16 دولارًا للبرميل.
وسجل الخامان أدنى مستوياتهما في خمسة أسابيع عند التسوية.
Oil prices continued to decline at settlement yesterday, as the increase in oil production by the OPEC+ alliance and concerns over weak global demand overshadowed investor worries.
Brent crude futures fell by $1.12, or 1.63%, to reach $67.64 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude dropped by 1.7%, equivalent to $1.13, recording $65.16 per barrel.
Both crude types recorded their lowest levels in five weeks at settlement.
