تشارك السعودية في أعمال منتدى طشقند الدولي للاستثمار «TIIF 2026» في دورته الخامسة، الذي تستضيفه العاصمة الأوزبكية طشقند على مدى ثلاثة أيام، تحت شعار «مرونة الاستثمار: آفاق جديدة وشراكات جديدة»، بحضور رئيس جمهورية أوزبكستان شوكت ميرضيائيف، ومشاركة دولية واسعة من قادة دول، ومسؤولين حكوميين، ومستثمرين، ورؤساء مؤسسات مالية وتنموية كبرى.
وتأتي المشاركة السعودية في المنتدى عبر وفد استثماري واقتصادي رفيع، في إطار العلاقات المتنامية بين المملكة وجمهورية أوزبكستان، وما تشهده من تطور ملحوظ في مجالات التعاون الاقتصادي والاستثماري، انسجاماً مع توجهات المملكة نحو توسيع شراكاتها في الأسواق الواعدة، وتعزيز حضورها في منطقة آسيا الوسطى.
حضور سعودي في منظومة الاستثمار الدولي
ويعكس حضور رجال الأعمال والمستثمرين السعوديين في هذا الحدث الدولي، حرص المملكة على استكشاف الفرص الاستثمارية النوعية في أوزبكستان، خصوصاً في القطاعات ذات الأولوية، وفي مقدمتها البنية التحتية، والطاقة، والخدمات اللوجستية، وممرات التجارة، والتنمية الصناعية، والقطاع المالي، بما يسهم في فتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون بين البلدين.
ويحظى المنتدى هذا العام بزخم دولي لافت، في ظل الأرقام القياسية التي سجلها على مستوى حجم المشاركة، وعدد الشركات والوفود الحاضرة، وحجم الاستثمارات والاتفاقيات المنتظر بحثها، ما يعزز مكانته بوصفه منصة اقتصادية مهمة لربط المستثمرين الدوليين بالفرص الواعدة في أوزبكستان وآسيا الوسطى. ويجمع المنتدى نخبة من كبار المسؤولين الحكوميين، ورؤساء المؤسسات المالية الدولية، والمستثمرين، وممثلي الشركات العالمية، لمناقشة مستقبل الاستثمار في القطاعات الحيوية، واستعراض الفرص المتاحة أمام الشراكات الدولية، إلى جانب بحث سبل تعزيز مرونة الاقتصاد في مواجهة المتغيرات العالمية. كما يشهد المنتدى تمثيلاً سياسياً واقتصادياً رفيع المستوى، بمشاركة رؤساء دول وحكومات ووفود رسمية من روسيا وكازاخستان وقيرغيزستان وطاجيكستان وأذربيجان وبيلاروس وألبانيا، إلى جانب قيادات مؤسسات مالية وتنموية دولية، من بينها البنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية، والبنك الآسيوي للتنمية، والبنك الدولي، والبنك الآسيوي للاستثمار في البنية التحتية، وبنك التنمية الجديد لدول «بريكس»، وصندوق الأوبك للتنمية الدولية.
وتؤكد المشاركة السعودية في منتدى طشقند الدولي للاستثمار عمق العلاقات الاقتصادية بين الرياض وطشقند، والرغبة المشتركة في الانتقال بالشراكة بين البلدين إلى مستويات أوسع، بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة، ويدعم مسارات التنمية والاستثمار، ويعزز حضور المملكة كشريك فاعل في منظومة الاقتصاد والاستثمار الدولي.
Saudi Arabia participates in the activities of the Tashkent International Investment Forum "TIIF 2026" in its fifth edition, hosted by the Uzbek capital Tashkent over three days, under the slogan "Investment Resilience: New Horizons and New Partnerships," with the presence of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and a wide international participation from leaders of countries, government officials, investors, and heads of major financial and development institutions.
The Saudi participation in the forum comes through a high-level investment and economic delegation, within the framework of the growing relations between the Kingdom and the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the noticeable development in the fields of economic and investment cooperation, in line with the Kingdom's directions towards expanding its partnerships in promising markets and enhancing its presence in the Central Asian region.
Saudi presence in the international investment system
The presence of Saudi businessmen and investors at this international event reflects the Kingdom's keenness to explore quality investment opportunities in Uzbekistan, especially in priority sectors, foremost among them infrastructure, energy, logistics services, trade corridors, industrial development, and the financial sector, contributing to opening new horizons for cooperation between the two countries.
This year's forum enjoys remarkable international momentum, given the record numbers it has achieved in terms of participation size, the number of companies and delegations present, and the volume of investments and agreements expected to be discussed, which enhances its position as an important economic platform for connecting international investors with promising opportunities in Uzbekistan and Central Asia. The forum brings together a select group of senior government officials, heads of international financial institutions, investors, and representatives of global companies to discuss the future of investment in vital sectors and showcase the available opportunities for international partnerships, alongside exploring ways to enhance economic resilience in the face of global changes. The forum also witnesses high-level political and economic representation, with the participation of heads of states and governments and official delegations from Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, and Albania, along with leaders of international financial and development institutions, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the New Development Bank of the BRICS countries, and the OPEC Fund for International Development.
The Saudi participation in the Tashkent International Investment Forum confirms the depth of economic relations between Riyadh and Tashkent, and the mutual desire to elevate the partnership between the two countries to broader levels, serving mutual interests, supporting development and investment pathways, and enhancing the Kingdom's presence as an active partner in the international economy and investment system.
