عُقد الاجتماع الـ61 للجنة الوزارية المشتركة لمراقبة الإنتاج عبر الاتصال المرئي اليوم (الإثنين) 3 صفر 1447هـ، الموافق 28 يوليو 2025، استُعرضت خلاله بيانات إنتاج البترول الخام لشهري مايو ويونيو 2025، مشيدة بالتزام الدول الأعضاء في منظمة «أوبك» والدول من خارجها بإعلان التعاون.
وحثت اللجنة جميع الدول المشاركة على مواصلة الالتزام التام والامتثال لآلية التعويض، مشيرةً إلى الدول التي لم تحقق الامتثال الكامل لتقديم خطط تعويضات محدثة إلى الأمانة العامة لـ«أوبك» في موعد أقصاه 18 أغسطس 2025، مكررة تأكيد استمرارها في مراقبة مدى الالتزام بتعديلات الإنتاج، التي اُتفق عليها في الاجتماع الوزاري الـ38، للدول الأعضاء في المنظمة والدول المنتجة من خارجها المشاركة في إطار اتفاق التعاون لـ«أوبك بلس»، الذي عُقد في 5 ديسمبر 2024.
وستواصل اللجنة مراقبة تعديلات الإنتاج الطوعية الإضافية، التي أعلنت عنها بعض الدول المشاركة، من «أوبك» والدول المشاركة من خارجها، وفقًا لما اُتفق عليه في الاجتماع الـ52 للجنة الوزارية المشتركة لمراقبة الإنتاج الذي عُقد في 1 فبراير 2024.
وتحتفظ اللجنة الوزارية المشتركة لمراقبة الإنتاج بصلاحية عقد اجتماعات إضافية، أو الدعوة لعقد الاجتماع الوزاري للدول الأعضاء في منظمة «أوبك» والدول المشاركة من خارجها، استناداً إلى ما اُتفق عليه خلال الاجتماع الوزاري الـ38، للدول الأعضاء في المنظمة والدول المنتجة من خارجها المشاركة في إطار اتفاق التعاون لـ«أوبك بلس»، المنعقد في 5 ديسمبر 2024.
وقد تقرر عقد الاجتماع القادم للجنة الوزارية المشتركة لمراقبة الإنتاج (الاجتماع الـ62) في 1 أكتوبر 2025.

The 61st meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee for Production Control was held via video conference today (Monday), 3 Safar 1447 AH, corresponding to July 28, 2025. During the meeting, data on crude oil production for May and June 2025 was reviewed, commending the commitment of the member countries of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and non-member countries to the Declaration of Cooperation.
The committee urged all participating countries to continue their full commitment and compliance with the compensation mechanism, noting that countries that have not achieved full compliance should submit updated compensation plans to the OPEC Secretariat by no later than August 18, 2025. It reiterated its commitment to continue monitoring compliance with the production adjustments agreed upon in the 38th ministerial meeting for member countries of the organization and producing countries outside it participating in the OPEC Plus cooperation agreement, which was held on December 5, 2024.
The committee will continue to monitor the additional voluntary production adjustments announced by some participating countries from OPEC and those participating from outside it, in accordance with what was agreed upon in the 52nd meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee for Production Control held on February 1, 2024.
The Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee for Production Control retains the authority to hold additional meetings or to call for a ministerial meeting of the member countries of OPEC and participating countries from outside it, based on what was agreed upon during the 38th ministerial meeting for member countries of the organization and producing countries outside it participating in the OPEC Plus cooperation agreement, held on December 5, 2024.
The next meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee for Production Control (the 62nd meeting) is scheduled for October 1, 2025.
