كشفت إدارة معلومات الطاقة الأمريكية، اليوم، أن مخزونات النفط الخام انخفضت 3.2 مليون برميل إلى 419 مليون في الأسبوع المنتهي في 18 يوليو، بالمقارنة بتوقعات محللين بتراجعها 1.6 مليون.
وأضافت الإدارة، أن مخزونات الخام في مركز التسليم في كاشينج بولاية أوكلاهوما ارتفعت 455 ألف برميل خلال الأسبوع.
وذكرت أن استهلاك الخام في مصافي التكرير ارتفع 87 ألف برميل يومياً، في حين زادت معدلات تشغيل المصافي 1.6 نقطة مئوية في الأسبوع.
وأضافت الإدارة أن مخزونات البنزين انخفضت 1.7 مليون برميل الأسبوع الماضي إلى 231.1 مليون، مقارنة بتوقعات المحللين بتراجع 0.9 مليون.
وأظهرت البيانات أن مخزونات نواتج التقطير التي تشمل الديزل وزيت التدفئة ارتفعت 2.9 مليون برميل في الأسبوع إلى 109.9 مليون مقابل توقعات بانخفاض 1.1 مليون برميل.
وقالت الإدارة إن صافي واردات الولايات المتحدة من النفط الخام انخفض الأسبوع الماضي 740 ألف برميل يومياً.
وكان عدد منصات التنقيب عن النفط في الولايات المتحدة قد تراجع للأسبوع الثاني عشر على التوالي، ما أنذر بحدوث انخفاض كبير في الإمدادات الأمريكية من الخام، بحسب ما أظهرته بيانات صدرت أخيراً عن شركة «بيكر هيوز».
ووفقاً للبيانات، انخفض عدد منصات التنقيب عن الخام بمقدار منصتين إلى 422 منصة خلال الأسبوع المنتهي في الثامن عشر من يوليو.
وورد في البيانات أن عدد منصات التنقيب عن الغاز الطبيعي ارتفع بمقدار 9 منصات إلى 117 منصة خلال الفترة نفسها.

The U.S. Energy Information Administration revealed today that crude oil inventories fell by 3.2 million barrels to 419 million in the week ending July 18, compared to analysts' expectations of a decline of 1.6 million.
The administration added that crude inventories at the Cushing delivery hub in Oklahoma rose by 455,000 barrels during the week.
It was noted that crude consumption at refineries increased by 87,000 barrels per day, while refinery utilization rates rose by 1.6 percentage points during the week.
The administration stated that gasoline inventories decreased by 1.7 million barrels last week to 231.1 million, compared to analysts' expectations of a decline of 0.9 million.
The data showed that distillate inventories, which include diesel and heating oil, rose by 2.9 million barrels during the week to 109.9 million, against expectations of a decrease of 1.1 million barrels.
The administration reported that net U.S. crude oil imports fell by 740,000 barrels per day last week.
The number of oil drilling rigs in the United States has declined for the twelfth consecutive week, signaling a significant drop in U.S. crude supplies, according to recent data released by Baker Hughes.
