تستعد البرازيل لاستضافة قمة مجموعة «بريكس» لعام 2025، التي تُقام في 6 و7 يوليو الجاري في ريو دي جانيرو، تحت شعار «تعزيز التعاون بين دول الجنوب العالمي لحوكمة أكثر شمولاً واستدامة»، حيث تنعقد قمة هذا العام في ظل أوضاع استثنائية، مع التوترات التجارية الناتجة عن الرسوم الجمركية التي فرضها الرئيس دونالد ترمب على معظم دول العالم واقتراب انتهاء مهلة تعليقها، والنزاعات الجيوسياسية، مثل دخول حرب روسيا وأوكرانيا عامها الرابع.
ولأول مرة ستشارك 20 دولة عضوة وشريكة في قمة «بريكس» وهي: البرازيل وروسيا والهند والصين، الدول الأربع المُؤسسة قبل انضمام جنوب أفريقيا في 2010، ومصر والإمارات وإثيوبيا وإيران التي انضمت في يناير 2024، وإندونيسيا بعد انضمامها رسمياً إلى المجموعة في يناير الماضي، إلى جانب 10 دول شريكة: بيلاروسيا، وبوليفيا، وكوبا، وكازاخستان، وماليزيا، ونيجيريا، وتايلند، وأوغندا، وأوزبكستان، وفيتنام، التي أُعلن انضمامها كدولة شريكة الشهر الماضي.
ويُتوقع أن يحضر القمة كل من: رئيس البرازيل لولا دا سيلفا، والرئيس المصري عبد الفتاح السيسي، ورئيس دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، ورئيس وزراء الهند ناريندرا مودي، ورئيس جنوب أفريقيا سيريل رامفوزا، والرئيس الإيراني مسعود بيزشكيان، ورئيس وزراء إثيوبيا آبي أحمد، ورئيس إندونيسيا برابوو سوبيانتو، فضلاً عن قادة وزعماء الدول الشريكة في المجموعة، ومن تُوجّه إليهم الدعوة لحضور القمة.
ما البنود والموضوعات المتوقع طرحها خلال قمة «بريكس 2025»؟
خلال رئاستها المتناوبة لمجموعة «بريكس» هذا العام، تعطي البرازيل الأولوية لموضوعين: التعاون بين دول الجنوب العالمي، والشراكات بين دول المجموعة للتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية. وتقترح البرازيل تركيز الاهتمام السياسي في إطار هذين الموضوعين على 6 مجالات رئيسية.

This year's summit is being held under exceptional circumstances, with trade tensions arising from the tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump on most countries around the world and the impending end of the suspension period, as well as geopolitical disputes, such as the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine entering its fourth year.
For the first time, 20 member and partner countries will participate in the BRICS summit, including Brazil, Russia, India, and China—the four founding countries before South Africa joined in 2010—along with Egypt, the UAE, Ethiopia, and Iran, which joined in January 2024, and Indonesia, which officially joined the group last January, in addition to 10 partner countries: Belarus, Bolivia, Cuba, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Thailand, Uganda, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam, which was announced as a partner country last month.
