قضت محكمة الأسرة المصرية اليوم بانقضاء دعوى حبس الفنان أحمد عز بالتصالح، بعد سداده ما يعادل 11,400 دولار (570 ألف جنيه مصري) في الدعوى المقامة ضده من الفنانة زينة.
وسدد عز مبلغ 570 ألف جنيه مصري، يمثل قيمة أجر خادمة الفنانة زينة، في إطار النزاعات القضائية المتواصلة بين الطرفين.
رفض الالتماس
وكانت المحكمة المختصة قد قررت في 28 يوليو الماضي حجز الدعوى المقامة ضد عز بشأن أجر خادمة الفنانة زينة للنطق بالحكم بجلسة 16 أغسطس الجاري، بعد سداد المبلغ المطالب به.
وسبق أن أيدت المحكمة المختصة حكم إلزام عز بسداد أجر الخادمة بقيمة 600 دولار (30 ألف جنيه مصري) بعدما رفضت الالتماس المقدم منه على الحكم.
نزاع قضائي
وبدأت المشكلة بين أحمد عز وزينة عام 2014 بنزاع قضائي حول زواج عرفي وإثبات نسب توأميها (عزالدين وزين الدين)، وتطور الأمر إلى ساحات المحاكم سنوات طويلة.
وحصلت زينة على حكم بالخلع من أحمد عز في 2017.
The Egyptian Family Court ruled today that the case against artist Ahmed Ezz for imprisonment has been settled, after he paid the equivalent of $11,400 (570,000 Egyptian pounds) in the lawsuit filed against him by artist Zina.
Ezz paid the amount of 570,000 Egyptian pounds, which represents the salary of Zina's maid, as part of the ongoing legal disputes between the two parties.
Rejection of the Appeal
The competent court had decided on July 28 to reserve the case against Ezz regarding the salary of Zina's maid for a ruling on August 16, after the demanded amount was paid.
The competent court had previously upheld the ruling obligating Ezz to pay the maid's salary of $600 (30,000 Egyptian pounds) after rejecting the appeal he submitted against the ruling.
Legal Dispute
The problem between Ahmed Ezz and Zina began in 2014 with a legal dispute over a customary marriage and the establishment of the parentage of their twins (Ezzeldin and Zeineldin), and the matter has evolved into court battles for many years.
Zina obtained a ruling for divorce from Ahmed Ezz in 2017.
