كشفت الفنانة الأردنية صبا مبارك العديد من المفاجآت التي تخص حياتها الشخصية متحدثة للمرة الأولى عن معاناتها منذ سنوات الصغر مع اضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه، مؤكدة أن حالتها أثرت على سلوكها داخل المنزل والمدرسة.
وقالت صبا مبارك خلال لقاء تلفزيوني إنها تعرضت خلال سنوات الدراسة لنوبات تشنج دفعت الأطباء إلى وصف أدوية مهدئة لها، إلا أن والدتها فضلت عدم الاستمرار في هذا العلاج.
تشخيص جديد
وأوضحت أن فرط الحركة تراجع مع مرور السنوات، إلا أنها واجهت لاحقًا مشكلات في التركيز، قبل أن يشخصها الأطباء بالاكتئاب، وهو ما انعكس على حالتها النفسية وجعلها أكثر ميلًا للعزلة والتأثر بالأصوات المرتفعة.
الدعم النفسي
وأكدت صبا مبارك أن العلاج الدوائي لم يكن كافيًا بمفرده، مشددة على أهمية المتابعة النفسية إلى جانب العلاج، ومشيرة إلى أن ممارسة الأنشطة التي تحبها ساعدتها على تحسين تركيزها واستعادة توازنها.
نهاية غير مرضية
وتطرقت صبا إلى النجاح الذي حققه مسلسل «ورد على فل وياسمين»، مؤكدة أنها لم تكن راضية عن نهاية العمل، إذ كانت تتمنى أن تحمل الأحداث ختامًا أكثر تفاؤلًا أو نهاية مفتوحة تمنح الشخصيات فرصة للأمل، لكنها فضلت في النهاية احترام رؤية صناع العمل.
The Jordanian artist Saba Mubarak revealed many surprises regarding her personal life, speaking for the first time about her struggles with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) since childhood, confirming that her condition affected her behavior at home and school.
Saba Mubarak stated during a television interview that she experienced seizure episodes during her school years, which led doctors to prescribe her sedative medications; however, her mother preferred not to continue with this treatment.
New Diagnosis
She explained that her hyperactivity diminished over the years, but she later faced concentration issues, before being diagnosed with depression by doctors, which reflected on her mental state and made her more inclined to isolation and sensitive to loud noises.
Psychological Support
Saba Mubarak confirmed that medication alone was not sufficient, emphasizing the importance of psychological follow-up alongside treatment, and noting that engaging in activities she loves helped her improve her focus and regain her balance.
Dissatisfying Ending
Saba addressed the success of the series "Ward Ala Full and Yasmin," confirming that she was not satisfied with the ending of the work, as she wished for the events to have a more optimistic conclusion or an open ending that gives the characters a chance for hope, but in the end, she preferred to respect the vision of the creators of the work.
