عبّرت الفنانة السعودية، همس بندر، بطلة فيلم «هجير»، عن سعادتها الكبيرة بردود فعل الجمهور عقب عرض العمل في دور السينما، مؤكدة أن وصول الفيلم إلى شريحة واسعة من المشاهدين من ثقافات مختلفة يعد من أبرز نجاحاته، مشيرة إلى أن القصة استطاعت جذب الجمهور والتأثير فيه رغم عدم إلمام كثيرين بالحقبة الزمنية التي يتناولها الفيلم في السعودية.
تحضيرات سهلة وممتعة
وقالت همس بندر، في حوار مع «عكاظ»، إن الشخصية التي قدمتها بالفيلم بدت واضحة وقريبة منها منذ قراءة السيناريو، ما جعل مرحلة الإعداد سهلة وممتعة، مشيرة إلى أنها ركزت على فهم أبعادها بهدوء، الأمر الذي ساعدها على تجسيدها بشكل طبيعي وبسيط.
قصة إنسانية بلمسة موسيقية
وأكدت أن الفيلم يقدم حكاية إنسانية تدور في إطار حقبة زمنية مميزة، تحمل الكثير من التفاصيل التي تثير فضول الأجيال الحالية، لافتة إلى أن المزج بين الدراما والطرح الموسيقي أضفى مصداقية على العمل، وجعل الشخصيات تبدو واقعية وقريبة من المشاهد.
تجربة نسائية مختلفة
وفي ما يخص تعاونها مع المخرجة سارة طلب، أشارت إلى أنها تجربة مختلفة، خصوصاً أنها الأولى لها مع فريق تقوده رؤية نسائية في الإخراج والإنتاج، مثنية على حساسية تناول المشاعر والاهتمام بالتفاصيل الإنسانية داخل العمل.
أسباب المشاركة في الفيلم
وأضافت أن أكثر ما جذبها للمشاركة في «هجير» هو فكرته الموسيقية، إلى جانب تناوله فترة السبعينات في جدة، وهي مرحلة تحمل طابعًا خاصًا لطالما أثار اهتمامها.
كواليس بلا صعوبات
وبشأن كواليس التصوير، أكدت أن العمل لم يفرض عليها صعوبات نفسية أو جسدية، موضحة أن التحضير لشخصية «سوسن» كان تجربة ثرية وسلسة، أتاحت لها عيش تفاصيل الدور بشكل طبيعي.
إضافة جديدة لمسيرتها
واختتمت حديثها بالتأكيد على أن مشاركتها في «هجير» تمثل إضافة مهمة إلى مسيرتها الفنية، مشددة على أن كل تجربة تمر بها تمنحها خبرات جديدة، وتسهم في تطورها مع ازدهار المجال الفني.

Hams Bandar stated in an interview with "Okaz" that the character she portrayed in the film felt clear and close to her from the moment she read the script, which made the preparation phase easy and enjoyable. She emphasized that she focused on understanding its dimensions calmly, which helped her embody it naturally and simply.
A Human Story with a Musical Touch
She confirmed that the film presents a human story set in a distinctive historical period, filled with many details that pique the curiosity of current generations. She pointed out that the blend of drama and musical elements added credibility to the work, making the characters appear realistic and relatable to the audience.
A Different Female Experience
Regarding her collaboration with director Sara Talab, she noted that it was a different experience, especially since it was her first time working with a team led by a female vision in directing and production. She praised the sensitivity in addressing emotions and the attention to human details within the work.
Reasons for Participating in the Film
She added that what attracted her most to participate in "Hijir" was its musical concept, along with its depiction of the 1970s in Jeddah, a period that carries a special character that has always intrigued her.
Behind the Scenes Without Difficulties
Regarding the filming behind the scenes, she confirmed that the work did not impose any psychological or physical difficulties on her, explaining that preparing for the character "Sawsan" was a rich and smooth experience that allowed her to live the details of the role naturally.
A New Addition to Her Career
She concluded her remarks by affirming that her participation in "Hijir" represents an important addition to her artistic career, stressing that every experience she goes through grants her new insights and contributes to her development as the artistic field flourishes.
