أقامت الجمعية السعودية لكتاب الرأي الأسبوع الماضي أمسية ثقافية للمدير العام التنفيذي للتواصل الإستراتيجي بوزارة الدفاع عبدالرحمن بن سلطان السلطان، تحدث خلالها عن فيلم «العوجا ١٧:٤٧»، الذي أطلقته الوزارة مطلع العام الحالي بالتزامن مع ذكرى يوم التأسيس، ولقي أصداءً واسعة وتفاعلاً غير مسبوق من متابعي منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث فاقت المشاهدات 40 مليون مشاهدة.
وألقى السلطان محاضرة تحت عنوان: «من الملحمة إلى الشاشة: توظيف البطولة في الدراما لتعزيز القيم الوطنية»، بحضور أعضاء الجمعية وعدد من المثقفين والإعلاميين؛ مؤكداً أهمية تسليط الضوء على الملاحم الوطنية من خلال الدراما، عبر تقديم سرد بطولي يركز على الأحداث التاريخية التي تعبر عن الانتماء وتشكل الهوية الوطنية.
وكشف المدير العام التنفيذي للتواصل الإستراتيجي بوزارة الدفاع عن أن فيلم «مهمة العوجا» استطاع توظيف الرسالة الإستراتيجية للفيلم من أجل تعزيز الهوية والقيم الوطنية المرتبطة بالشجاعة والإقدام عن طريق تصوير الملاحم البطولية لرجال قواتنا المسلحة عبر الدراما، وذلك بهدف بناء الوعي الجماعي وتعزيز الوحدة الوطنية بين الأجيال من خلال إبراز التضحيات والإنجازات التاريخية، إلى جانب تجسيد البطولات الوطنية بصورة واقعية، واستخدام العناصر البصرية والحوارات، لإبراز دور الشخصيات الملحمية التي جسدت قيم الشجاعة والتضحية، وعززت الشعور بالانتماء من خلال تصوير لحظات حاسمة في تاريخنا الوطني.
وفي ختام الأمسية ناقش الحضور الضيف. وأشادوا بمضامين وأهداف الفيلم، وثمنوا الجهود المبذولة من قبل وزارة الدفاع في توظيف تاريخ البطولات الوطنية عبر الدراما، كما أشادوا بدور الجمعية في تعزيز الثقافة والأدب، مؤكدين أهمية إقامة هذه الفعاليات في بناء جسور للتواصل بين الأجيال، بالإضافة إلى استحضار الملاحم الوطنية بأساليب عصرية.
The Saudi Association for Opinion Writers held a cultural evening last week for the Executive General Director of Strategic Communication at the Ministry of Defense, Abdulrahman bin Sultan Al-Sultan. During the event, he spoke about the film "Al-Awja 17:47," which the ministry launched at the beginning of this year in conjunction with the Foundation Day anniversary, and which received wide acclaim and unprecedented interaction from social media followers, with views exceeding 40 million.
Al-Sultan delivered a lecture titled: "From Epic to Screen: Utilizing Heroism in Drama to Enhance National Values," in the presence of association members and several intellectuals and media professionals; emphasizing the importance of highlighting national epics through drama by presenting a heroic narrative that focuses on historical events that express belonging and shape national identity.
The Executive General Director of Strategic Communication at the Ministry of Defense revealed that the film "Mission Al-Awja" was able to utilize the strategic message of the film to enhance identity and national values associated with courage and boldness by depicting the heroic epics of our armed forces through drama. This aims to build collective awareness and strengthen national unity among generations by highlighting sacrifices and historical achievements, as well as portraying national heroism realistically, using visual elements and dialogues to emphasize the role of epic characters that embodied values of courage and sacrifice, and enhanced the sense of belonging by depicting critical moments in our national history.
At the end of the evening, the attendees discussed the guest. They praised the film's themes and objectives and appreciated the efforts made by the Ministry of Defense in utilizing the history of national heroism through drama. They also commended the association's role in promoting culture and literature, affirming the importance of holding such events to build bridges of communication between generations, in addition to bringing national epics to life in modern ways.
