وقّعت وزارة الثقافة اليوم برنامجاً تنفيذياً مع المركز الصيني العربي لدراسات التعاون الثقافي والسياحي في الصين؛ لتأطير سُبل التعاون الثقافي بين الجانبين تزامناً مع العام الثقافي السعودي الصيني 2025، ولتعزيز التعاون المشترك في عددٍ من المجالات الثقافية.
وجرت مراسم التوقيع بمقر وزارة الثقافة في الدرعية، حيث مثّل الوزارة في التوقيع وكيل وزارة الثقافة للأبحاث والتراث الثقافي الدكتورة مها بنت عبدالله السنان، في حين مثّل الجانب الصيني نائب رئيس جامعة الدراسات الدولية ببكين عضو اللجنة المشتركة للمركز الصيني العربي لدراسات التعاون الثقافي والسياحي تشنغ وي.
ويتضمن البرنامجُ التنفيذي عدةَ مجالاتٍ للتعاون الثقافي بين الوزارة والمركز، من أبرزها التعاون في أبحاث مشتركة لدراسة موضوعاتٍ ذات اهتمام مشترك بين الطرفين لرفع جودة الأبحاث الثقافية المُقدَّمة، والعمل على حصر المحتوى الثقافي السعودي الموجود ضمن أرشيفات جمهورية الصين الشعبية، والمحتوى الثقافي الصيني الموجود ضمن أرشيفات المملكة، إضافة إلى عقد مؤتمرات وندوات متبادلة لمناقشة القضايا الثقافية المشتركة.
كما يتضمن البرنامجُ دعم عمليات التبادل البحثي عبر تسهيل زيارة الباحثين السعوديين للجامعات والمراكز البحثية الصينية، وتسهيل زيارة الباحثين الصينيين للجامعات والمراكز البحثية السعودية، وتزويد الجانبَين بالمتخصِّصين في المجالات الثقافية، والدعم في برنامج الزمالات البحثية، إلى جانب تقديم الدعم الاستشاري.
ويأتي هذا البرنامج التنفيذي في سياق حرص وزارة الثقافة على تعزيز التبادل الثقافي الدولي بوصفه أحد أهداف الإستراتيجية الوطنية للثقافة، تحت مظلة رؤية المملكة 2030، وامتداداً لأعمال العام الثقافي السعودي الصيني 2025، الذي يهدف إلى توطيد العلاقات الوثيقة التي تربط المملكة والصين في مختلف المجالات التنموية، خصوصاً في المجال الثقافي الذي شهد نمواً وتطوراً كبيراً خلال الأعوام الأخيرة.
Today, the Ministry of Culture signed an executive program with the Chinese-Arab Center for Cultural and Tourism Cooperation Studies in China; to frame the ways of cultural cooperation between the two sides coinciding with the Saudi-Chinese Cultural Year 2025, and to enhance joint cooperation in several cultural fields.
The signing ceremony took place at the Ministry of Culture's headquarters in Diriyah, where the ministry was represented by Dr. Maha bint Abdullah Al-Sanan, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture for Research and Cultural Heritage, while the Chinese side was represented by Cheng Wei, the Vice President of Beijing International Studies University and a member of the joint committee of the Chinese-Arab Center for Cultural and Tourism Cooperation Studies.
The executive program includes several areas of cultural cooperation between the ministry and the center, most notably cooperation in joint research to study topics of mutual interest to both parties to improve the quality of cultural research presented, and working to catalog the Saudi cultural content available within the archives of the People's Republic of China, as well as the Chinese cultural content available within the archives of the Kingdom, in addition to holding mutual conferences and seminars to discuss common cultural issues.
The program also includes support for research exchange processes by facilitating visits for Saudi researchers to Chinese universities and research centers, and facilitating visits for Chinese researchers to Saudi universities and research centers, providing both sides with specialists in cultural fields, support in research fellowship programs, as well as offering advisory support.
This executive program comes in the context of the Ministry of Culture's commitment to enhancing international cultural exchange as one of the objectives of the National Culture Strategy, under the umbrella of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and as an extension of the activities of the Saudi-Chinese Cultural Year 2025, which aims to strengthen the close relations between the Kingdom and China in various developmental fields, especially in the cultural field that has witnessed significant growth and development in recent years.
