يستعد الفنان المصري محمد رمضان لبدء تصوير أول مشاهد مسلسله الجديد «عشماوي» الأسبوع القادم، رغم الاعتذارات التي شهدها المسلسل خلال الفترة الماضية من عدد من النجوم المرشحين للمشاركة في بطولته.
اعتذار مفاجئ
ويأتي تصوير «عشماوي» بعد أيام قليلة من اعتذار الفنانة مي عمر عن المشاركة في العمل، إذ انسحبت من العمل بشكل مفاجئ قبل يومين، بسبب صعوبة تنسيق مواعيد التصوير مع مسلسلها الجديد «حليمة جبران»، الذي تعمل على تحضيراته وتستعد لبدء تصويره أيضًا خلال شهر أكتوبر الجاري، وهو ما حال دون استمرارها ضمن فريق العمل.
غادة والصاوي
ولم يكن اعتذار مي عمر هو الوحيد من «عشماوي»، إذ تبعه اعتذارات عدد من الفنانين الذين تم ترشيحهم، من بينهم غادة عبد الرازق، التي واجهت صعوبة في المشاركة بالمسلسل بسبب ارتباطها بعملين دراميين، يتكون كل منهما من 15 حلقة، والمقرر عرضهما خلال رمضان 2027 كما اعتذر خالد الصاوي عن المشاركة في العمل.
قصة عشماوي
وتدور أحداث مسلسل «عشماوي» الذي يعود به محمد رمضان إلى دراما رمضان بعد غياب ثلاث مواسم متتالية، حول «خليفة»، الذي يعمل منفذ لأحكام الإعدام في مصلحة السجون، ويعيش حياة هادئة ومستقرة مع أسرته، قبل أن تنقلب حياته رأسًا على عقب بعد تعرض ابنته، التي تجسد دورها الفنانة جيسيكا حسام الدين، لأزمة قاسية تغير مسار الأحداث، حيث يجد والدها خليفة نفسه أمام أصعب اختبار في حياته، ويكون أمام صراع إنساني وقانوني قاسٍ.

مسلسل «عشماوي» مكون من 30 حلقة، وهو من تأليف محمد إسماعيل أمين، وإخراج بيتر ميمي، وإنتاج صادق الصباح، ويشارك في بطولته إلى جانب محمد رمضان كل من باسم سمرة، وإسعاد يونس، انتصار، وليد فواز، محمد عبد الحافظ، جيسيكا حسام الدين، يوسف رأفت، إضافة إلى عدد من ضيوف الشرف، من بينهم أحمد السقا ومحمد سامي وآخرون.

Unexpected Withdrawal
The filming of "Ashmawy" comes just a few days after actress Mai Omar withdrew from the project, as she unexpectedly pulled out two days ago due to difficulties in coordinating filming schedules with her new series "Halima Gibran," which she is preparing for and is also set to start filming in October. This prevented her from continuing as part of the cast.
Ghada and El Sawy
Mai Omar's withdrawal was not the only one from "Ashmawy," as it was followed by the withdrawals of several other artists who were nominated, including Ghada Abdel Razek, who faced difficulties in participating in the series due to her commitments to two other dramatic works, each consisting of 15 episodes, scheduled to air during Ramadan 2027. Khaled El Sawy also withdrew from the project.
The Story of Ashmawy
The events of the series "Ashmawy," which marks Mohamed Ramadan's return to Ramadan drama after a three-season absence, revolve around "Khalifa," who works as an executor of death sentences in the prison authority. He lives a calm and stable life with his family until his life turns upside down after his daughter, played by actress Jessica Hossam El Din, faces a severe crisis that changes the course of events. Her father, Khalifa, finds himself facing the toughest test of his life, caught in a harsh human and legal struggle.
