تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية من تحديد وضبط المتهم في واقعة نشر صورة للفنانة ريهام عبدالغفور من داخل إحدى دور العرض السينمائي، مرفقة بعبارات مسيئة، وذلك بعد أشهر من تداول الواقعة وإثارتها حالة من الجدل.
ماذا حدث في التحقيق؟
استمعت جهات التحقيق إلى أقوال المتهم في واقعة نشر الصورة المتداولة للفنانة ريهام عبدالغفور، كما جرى فحص هاتفه والتحقق من ملابسات نشر الصورة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، إلى جانب استكمال التحريات الفنية المرتبطة بالواقعة.

وبعد انتهاء التحقيقات الأولية والإجراءات اللازمة، قررت جهات التحقيق إخلاء سبيل المتهم بكفالة مالية قدرها 5 آلاف جنيه، على ذمة القضية، مع استمرار استكمال الإجراءات القانونية بشأن القضية.

تعود تفاصيل القضية إلى تداول صورة لريهام عبدالغفور أثناء وجودها داخل إحدى دور السينما خلال عرض خاص، قبل أن تُنشر عبر إحدى صفحات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مصحوبة بتعليقات اعتُبرت مسيئة، ما دفع إلى اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية بشأن الواقعة.
وتقدم المحامي شعبان سعيد ببلاغ، ممثلاً عن نقابة المهن التمثيلية برئاسة الفنان أشرف زكي والفنانة ريهام عبدالغفور، للمطالبة بالتحقيق في ملابسات نشر الصورة وتحديد المسؤولين عنها.
تحريات تقنية تكشف هوية المتهم
وخضعت الواقعة لفحص الجهات المختصة، بالتزامن مع إجراء تحريات فنية وتقنية لتتبع مصدر نشر الصورة والحساب المستخدم في تداولها، كما جرى فحص هاتف المتهم عقب ضبطه.

The investigative authorities listened to the statements of the suspect regarding the incident of publishing the circulated photo of the artist Riham Abdel Ghafour. They also examined his phone and verified the circumstances of the photo's publication on social media, in addition to completing the technical investigations related to the incident.
Release of the suspect on bail
After the preliminary investigations and necessary procedures were completed, the investigative authorities decided to release the suspect on a bail of 5,000 Egyptian pounds, pending the case, while continuing to complete the legal procedures regarding the matter.
Details of the incident
The details of the case date back to the circulation of a photo of Riham Abdel Ghafour while she was inside a cinema during a special screening, before it was published on one of the social media pages accompanied by comments that were considered offensive, prompting legal action regarding the incident.
Lawyer Shaaban Said filed a complaint, representing the Syndicate of Representative Professions headed by artist Ashraf Zaki and artist Riham Abdel Ghafour, demanding an investigation into the circumstances of the photo's publication and identifying those responsible for it.
Technical investigations reveal the identity of the suspect
The incident was subjected to examination by the relevant authorities, alongside conducting technical investigations to trace the source of the photo's publication and the account used to circulate it, as well as examining the suspect's phone after his arrest.
