انتخب مجلس المؤلفين والملحنين في لبنان (CACL) المؤلف الموسيقي أسامة الرحباني رئيساً لهيئته الإدارية الجديدة، في خطوة تهدف إلى تعزيز دور المجلس في حماية حقوق المؤلفين والملحنين ومتابعة شؤونهم المهنية بالتنسيق مع الجهات المحلية والدولية.
انتخاب الرئيس وتوزيع المسؤوليات
عقد أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية المنتخبون أصولاً في المجلس (CACL) اجتماعاً أمس في مقرّ المجلس لانتخاب الرئيس وتوزيع المسؤوليات والمهام الإدارية والفنية والإعلامية بين أعضاء الهيئة الجديدة.
وتضمّ الهيئة الجديدة مجموعة من الأسماء البارزة والفاعلة في الوسط الموسيقي والثقافي اللبناني، على أن تتولى خلال المرحلة القادمة متابعة القضايا المهنية والإدارية والفنية المرتبطة بالمؤلفين والملحنين، وتعزيز حضور المجلس ودوره في حماية الحقوق المعنوية والمادية لأصحاب الأعمال الموسيقية، بالتنسيق مع شركة SACEM France والجهات المعنية.

وجاءت تشكيلة الهيئة الإدارية وتوزيع المهمات كالتالي:
• أسامة الرحباني: رئيساً.
• كمال قبيسي: نائباً للرئيس وأميناً للسر.
• جبران نجم: نائباً للرئيس للشؤون الإدارية ومندوباً لدى شركة SACEM Paris
• يحيى المعوش (يحيى الحسن): نائباً للرئيس ومسؤولاً عن الشؤون الإعلامية والفنية.
• هيثم زياد: نائباً للرئيس وأميناً للصندوق
• جوزيف مراد: مفوضاً لدى الحكومة
• عصام مشموشي: مستشاراً
• مارسيل خليفة: عضواً
• أنطوان شعك: عضواً
• أوزيب باروتجيان (جو): عضواً

ويُعدّ مجلس المؤلفين والملحنين في لبنان (CACL) هيئة معنية بمتابعة شؤون المؤلفين والملحنين والدفاع عن حقوقهم، وهو خاضع للبروتوكول المعتمد لدى جمعية المؤلفين والملحنين وناشري الموسيقى في العالم (SACEM France)، بما يضمن التنسيق والتعاون في المسائل المرتبطة بحقوق التأليف والتلحين والنشر الموسيقي.
The Lebanese Authors and Composers Council (CACL) elected the composer Osama Rahbani as the president of its new administrative body, in a move aimed at enhancing the council's role in protecting the rights of authors and composers and addressing their professional affairs in coordination with local and international entities.
Election of the President and Distribution of Responsibilities
The newly elected members of the administrative body of the council (CACL) held a meeting yesterday at the council's headquarters to elect the president and distribute administrative, technical, and media responsibilities among the new members.
The new body includes a group of prominent and active names in the Lebanese musical and cultural scene, and it will be responsible in the upcoming phase for following up on the professional, administrative, and technical issues related to authors and composers, and enhancing the council's presence and role in protecting the moral and material rights of music creators, in coordination with SACEM France and the relevant parties.
Composition of the Administrative Body
The composition of the administrative body and the distribution of tasks are as follows:
• Osama Rahbani: President.
• Kamal Qabisi: Vice President and Secretary.
• Gibran Najm: Vice President for Administrative Affairs and Representative to SACEM Paris.
• Yahya Al-Ma'oush (Yahya Al-Hassan): Vice President and Responsible for Media and Technical Affairs.
• Haitham Ziad: Vice President and Treasurer.
• Joseph Mourad: Commissioner to the Government.
• Issam Mashmoushi: Advisor.
• Marcel Khalife: Member.
• Antoine Shaak: Member.
• Ozeb Baroutjian (Joe): Member.

The Lebanese Authors and Composers Council (CACL) is an entity concerned with following up on the affairs of authors and composers and defending their rights. It is subject to the protocol adopted by the Society of Authors, Composers, and Music Publishers worldwide (SACEM France), ensuring coordination and cooperation on matters related to copyright, composition, and music publishing.
