كشف الفنان اللبناني رامي عياش كواليس إلغاء حفله، الذي كان من المقرر إحياؤه ضمن فعاليات الدورة الـ 43 من مهرجان بنزرت الدولي في تونس، مؤكداً أن القرار جاء بعد تعذر استكمال جميع الترتيبات اللازمة لإقامة الحفل.
وأوضح، في بيان أصدره مكتبه الإعلامي، أن متعهد الحفل لم يلتزم بعدد من الإجراءات الأساسية من بينها استكمال التعاقد النهائي وإنهاء ترتيبات السفر والإقامة، إلى جانب عدم الوفاء ببعض الالتزامات المالية، وهو ما حال دون إقامة الحفل في موعده.
محاولات لإنقاذ الحفل
وأضاف أن فريق العمل حاول حتى اللحظات الأخيرة احتواء الأزمة واستكمال الإجراءات، إلا أن استمرار التعثر أجبره على الاعتذار عن عدم إحياء الحفل رغم الإقبال الجماهيري الكبير الذي شهده.
ووجه رامي عياش رسالة اعتذار إلى جمهوره في تونس، مؤكداً أن قرار الإلغاء كان خارج إرادته معرباً عن أمله في تعويض هذا اللقاء خلال أقرب فرصة.
رد مهرجان بنزرت
في المقابل، أكدت إدارة مهرجان بنزرت الدولي أن إلغاء الحفل جاء لأسباب لا تتحمل مسؤوليتها، مشيرة إلى أنها بذلت جهوداً لإيجاد حلول تضمن إقامة الأمسية لكن جميع المحاولات لم تنجح.
استرداد قيمة التذاكر
كما أوضحت إدارة المهرجان آلية استرداد قيمة التذاكر، حيث يمكن لحاملي التذاكر الورقية استرجاع قيمتها من مقر الإدارة، فيما تعاد قيمة التذاكر الإلكترونية عبر منصة «تذكرتي» وفق الإجراءات المنظمة.
The Lebanese artist Rami Ayach revealed the behind-the-scenes reasons for the cancellation of his concert, which was scheduled to take place as part of the 43rd edition of the Bizerte International Festival in Tunisia, confirming that the decision came after the inability to complete all the necessary arrangements for the concert.
He explained, in a statement issued by his media office, that the concert promoter did not adhere to several essential procedures, including finalizing the contract and completing travel and accommodation arrangements, as well as failing to meet some financial commitments, which prevented the concert from taking place on time.
Attempts to Save the Concert
He added that the team tried until the last moments to contain the crisis and complete the procedures, but the ongoing setbacks forced him to apologize for not performing the concert despite the significant public turnout it witnessed.
Rami Ayach sent an apology message to his audience in Tunisia, confirming that the cancellation decision was beyond his control and expressing his hope to compensate for this meeting at the earliest opportunity.
Bizerte Festival's Response
On the other hand, the management of the Bizerte International Festival confirmed that the cancellation of the concert was due to reasons for which they bear no responsibility, indicating that they made efforts to find solutions to ensure the evening's occurrence, but all attempts were unsuccessful.
Refund of Ticket Prices
The festival management also clarified the mechanism for refunding ticket prices, stating that holders of paper tickets can retrieve their value from the administration's headquarters, while the value of electronic tickets will be refunded through the "Tazkarti" platform according to the organized procedures.
