كشف السائح الكويتي سلمان الحبيل حقيقة ما جرى خلال زيارته لمنزل الفنان الراحل عبدالحليم حافظ، وذلك بعد تداول صور له ظهر فيها نائماً على سرير العندليب، إلى جانب مقطع فيديو يوثق احتجازه داخل مصعد مقر الشركة المشرفة على المنزل بسبب رسوم الزيارة.
لمس المقتنيات
وقال الحبيل: «عند وصولي إلى مقر شركة عبدالحليم حافظ، استفسرت عن آلية الزيارة، فأبلغني المسؤولون بوجود باقتين؛ الأولى بقيمة 1500 جنيه لمدة 15 دقيقة برفقة مرافق مع منع لمس المقتنيات، والثانية باقة (VIP) تتيح دخولاً مفتوحاً مع إمكانية لمس بعض المقتنيات والتصوير والجلوس واستعادة أجواء وذكريات الفنان الراحل».
استمتاع بالتجربة
وأضاف اخترت الباقة الثانية واستمتعت بالتجربة، مؤكداً أن الصور التي التقطها، ومنها ظهوره على السرير، كانت بعلم ومرافقة مسؤولي المكان الذين تولوا تصويره.
سداد الرسوم
وأشار إلى أن الخلاف بدأ عند انتهاء الزيارة، إذ فوجئ بتعطيل المصعد وعدم السماح له بالمغادرة قبل سداد الرسوم المتبقية، مؤكداً أنه شعر وكأنه محتجز داخل المصعد حتى دفع جزءاً من المبلغ، لافتاً إلى أن أسلوب التعامل تغير تماماً مقارنة بالترحيب الذي حظي به في بداية الزيارة، وهو ما دفعه إلى توثيق الواقعة للحفاظ على حقه. وأضاف أن التصوير تم بموافقة القائمين على المتحف، مستغرباً الانتقادات التي طالته، مؤكداً أن التصوير داخل المتاحف العالمية أمر معتاد عندما تسمح به الأنظمة "
The Kuwaiti tourist Salman Al-Habeel revealed the truth about what happened during his visit to the home of the late artist Abdel Halim Hafez, following the circulation of photos showing him sleeping on the singer's bed, along with a video documenting his being trapped inside the elevator of the company overseeing the house due to the visit fees.
Touching the Artifacts
Al-Habeel said: "Upon my arrival at the Abdel Halim Hafez company, I inquired about the visit procedure, and the officials informed me of two packages; the first was priced at 1500 pounds for 15 minutes with an escort, prohibiting touching the artifacts, and the second was a (VIP) package that allowed open access with the possibility of touching some artifacts, taking photos, sitting, and reliving the atmosphere and memories of the late artist."
Enjoying the Experience
He added that he chose the second package and enjoyed the experience, confirming that the photos he took, including the one of him on the bed, were done with the knowledge and accompaniment of the officials at the site who took the photos.
Payment of Fees
He pointed out that the dispute began at the end of the visit, as he was surprised by the elevator being disabled and not being allowed to leave until he paid the remaining fees, confirming that he felt as if he were being held inside the elevator until he paid part of the amount, noting that the manner of dealing had completely changed compared to the warm welcome he received at the beginning of the visit, which prompted him to document the incident to protect his rights. He added that the photography was done with the consent of the museum officials, expressing surprise at the criticisms directed at him, confirming that taking photos inside global museums is a common practice when permitted by the regulations.
