حذرت الجهة المنتجة لمسرحية «خيال مريض» جمهورها من محاولات النصب المرتبطة ببيع تذاكر غير معتمدة، بعد رصد إعلانات وعروض تروج لحجوزات خارج القنوات الرسمية، مؤكدة أن شراء التذاكر يجب أن يتم عبر المنصة المعتمدة فقط.
الحجز عبر منصة واحدة
وأوضحت إدارة المسرحية، في بيان نشرته عبر الحساب الرسمي للعمل على «إنستغرام»، أن التطبيق الرسمي للمسرحية هو الوسيلة الوحيدة المعتمدة لحجز وشراء تذاكر جميع العروض، نافية تفويض أي جهة أو وسيط آخر ببيع التذاكر.
تحذير من الوسطاء
وأكدت إدارة العمل أن بعض الأشخاص يروجون لتذاكر أو يدّعون قدرتهم على توفير حجوزات خارج المنصة الرسمية، مشددة على أن أي تعامل من هذا النوع يقع على مسؤولية المشتري، وأن أسرة المسرحية لا تتحمل أي مسؤولية عن عمليات شراء غير معتمدة.
