وأصدرت المحكمة العسكرية في لبنان قبل أيام قراراً بالموافقة على طلب إطلاق سراح شاكر بعد النظر في طلب وكيلته القانونية استناداً إلى حالته الصحية.
وتقدمت محامية الفنان اللبناني الدكتورة أماتا مبارك بطلب إلى المحكمة لإطلاق سراحه بسبب حالته الصحية، مع التعهد بحضور جميع الجلسات وعدم مغادرة البلاد.
