Fadl Shaker's emergence into the light came after a complicated judicial process, as the permanent military court in Lebanon, headed by Brigadier General Waseem Fayyad, approved his simultaneous release requests. The main features of the judicial decision can be summarized as follows:

• Settlement of 4 cases: The military judiciary's decision included the release of the artist in all four security cases filed against him.
• Closure of the "Abra File": Fadl Shaker left prison after resolving the most significant and complex security files attributed to him, most notably the famous "Abra File."
