قدّمت المحامية المصرية هايدي فضالي بلاغاً رسمياً للجهات الأمنية اتهمت من خلاله الفنان تامر شلتوت بإحداث تلفيات بسيارتها أثناء توقفها داخل أحد التجمعات السكنية بمدينة 6 أكتوبر بمحافظة الجيزة.
تلفيات متعمّدة
وذكرت فضالي أن سيارتها تعرّضت لخدوش في أحد الجوانب، إلى جانب كسر في المصباح الأمامي، مؤكدة أن تلك التلفيات وقعت بصورة متعمدة، وهو ما دفعها إلى اللجوء للجهات المختصة؛ لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية، مطالبة بسرعة التحقيق في الواقعة، واتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات قانونية، مع تحديد المسؤول عن التلفيات التي لحقت بسيارتها.
فحص البلاغ
من جانبها، شرعت الجهات الأمنية في فحص البلاغ، والاستماع إلى أقوال مقدمة الشكوى، تمهيداً لاستكمال التحقيقات وكشف ملابسات الواقعة، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية وفقاً لما تسفر عنه التحريات.
The Egyptian lawyer Haidi Fadali filed an official complaint with the security authorities, accusing the artist Tamer Shaltout of causing damage to her car while it was parked inside a residential complex in 6th of October City, Giza Governorate.
Intentional Damage
Fadali stated that her car suffered scratches on one side, along with a broken headlight, confirming that this damage occurred intentionally, which prompted her to resort to the relevant authorities to take legal action. She demanded a swift investigation into the incident and the necessary legal measures to be taken, along with identifying the person responsible for the damage to her car.
Investigation of the Complaint
For its part, the security authorities began examining the complaint and listening to the statements of the complainant, in preparation for completing the investigations, uncovering the circumstances of the incident, and taking legal action based on the findings of the inquiries.
