كشفت الفنانة المصرية غادة عادل، للمرة الأولى، تفاصيل أزمة صحية ونفسية حادة تعرضت لها خلال السنوات الماضية، مؤكدة أنها وصلت في مرحلة ما إلى التفكير في اعتزال الفن بسبب تدهور حالتها النفسية وتغير ملامح وجهها نتيجة إجراء تجميلي سابق.
حقن تجميلي
وقالت غادة خلال ظهورها في برنامج «صاحبة السعادة» مع الإعلامية إسعاد يونس، «بداية الأزمة تعود إلى2007 أثناء مشاركتي في تصوير مسلسل «قلب ميت»، وكنت أعاني من إرهاق شديد ونحافة مفرطة نتيجة ضغوط العمل وتربية أبنائي الخمسة في فترات متقاربة».
وأضافت أثنا التصوير استجبت لنصيحة أحد المتخصصين في الأزياء والخاصة بالمظهر، وخضعت لحقن تجميلي بهدف تحسين ملامح الوجه، قبل أن أكتشف لاحقاً أنني حقنت نوعاً دائماً من «الفيلر» لا يذوب مع الوقت.
التفكير في الاعتزال
وأشارت إلى أن آثار المادة بدأت تظهر تدريجياً خلال السنوات التالية، إذ تحركت من موضعها وتسببت في تكتلات وتورمات وتليفات في مناطق مختلفة من الوجه، ما أدى إلى تغير واضح في ملامحها الطبيعية، بالتزامن مع زيادة في الوزن، لافتة إلى أن هذه التغيرات انعكست عليها نفسياً بشكل كبير، ودخلت في حالة اكتئاب دفعتها للتفكير في اعتزال الفن بشكل نهائي، قبل أن تتراجع عن القرار بدعم من المقربين منها.
وأوضحت أنها سافرت إلى لندن، وخضعت لتشخيص دقيق انتهى بضرورة إجراء تدخل جراحي لإزالة المادة التجميلية ومعالجة التليفات.
تشكيل الملامح
وكشفت خضوعها لاحقاً لعملية تجميلية متقدمة لإعادة تشكيل ملامح الوجه، مؤكدة أنها عادت إلى العمل بعد نحو 15 يوماً فقط من الجراحة، وأن نتائج العملية ساعدتها على استعادة ثقتها بنفسها.
وأضافت: تواصلت أيضاً مع طبيب مختص لبدء رحلة لإنقاص الوزن تحت إشراف طبي، إلى جانب الالتزام بالرياضة وتقليل استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
وشهدت الحلقة ظهور ابنتها مريم معها، إذ تحدثت عن علاقتها بوالدتها وطموحاتها المهنية في مجال الإخراج السينمائي.
The Egyptian artist Ghada Adel revealed, for the first time, details of a severe health and psychological crisis she experienced over the past years, confirming that at one point she considered retiring from art due to the deterioration of her mental state and changes in her facial features as a result of a previous cosmetic procedure.
Cosmetic Injections
Ghada said during her appearance on the program "Sahibat Al-Saada" with media personality Esaad Younis, "The beginning of the crisis dates back to 2007 during my participation in filming the series 'Qalb Mayit', and I was suffering from severe exhaustion and extreme thinness due to work pressures and raising my five children in close intervals."
She added that during the filming, she responded to the advice of a fashion specialist regarding her appearance and underwent cosmetic injections aimed at improving her facial features, only to later discover that she had been injected with a permanent type of filler that does not dissolve over time.
Thinking of Retirement
She pointed out that the effects of the substance began to appear gradually over the following years, as it shifted from its original position and caused lumps, swellings, and fibrosis in different areas of her face, leading to a noticeable change in her natural features, coinciding with weight gain. She noted that these changes significantly affected her psychologically, leading her to enter a state of depression that made her consider retiring from art permanently, before she retracted her decision with the support of those close to her.
She explained that she traveled to London and underwent a thorough diagnosis that concluded with the necessity of surgical intervention to remove the cosmetic material and treat the fibrosis.
Reshaping Features
She revealed that she later underwent an advanced cosmetic surgery to reshape her facial features, confirming that she returned to work just about 15 days after the surgery, and that the results of the operation helped her regain her self-confidence.
She added: I also contacted a specialist doctor to start a journey to lose weight under medical supervision, in addition to committing to exercise and reducing the use of social media.
The episode featured her daughter Mariam with her, who talked about her relationship with her mother and her professional ambitions in the field of film directing.
