أعربت الفنانة المصرية عبير صبري عن حزنها بعد وفاة الفنانة المصرية الراحلة سهام جلال، مؤكدة أن رحيلها أعاد تسليط الضوء على الأزمات التي يعاني منها عدد من الفنانين بسبب قلة فرص العمل وابتعادهم عن الساحة الفنية لفترات طويلة.
أزمة التهميش
وأوضحت صبري عبر منشور لها على حسابها في «فيسبوك»، أن هناك فنانين يعيشون حالة من التهميش والعزلة الفنية؛ بسبب غياب الفرص رغم استمرار الإنتاج الفني ووجود أعمال كثيرة تعرض بشكل دائم.
وقالت: «لغاية متي الفنانين هتموت مقهورة ومفروض عليها العزلة والاعتزال بالتجاهل والتهميش وانعدام الفرص رغم وفرة الفرص لناس تانية».
تساؤلات وشكاوى
وأضافت: شكاوى الفنانين من غياب الفرص أصبحت متكررة منذ سنوات، متسائلة عن الأسباب الحقيقية وراء ابتعاد بعض الفنانين عن المشاركة في الأعمال الفنية، ومن المسؤول عن هذا الوضع داخل الوسط الفني.
كما وجهت عبير صبري في ختام حديثها رسالتها بالدعاء للراحلة سهام جلال.
وتزامنت تصريحات عبير صبري مع حالة الحزن التي صاحبت وفاة الفنانة الراحلة سهام جلال، التي تحدثت في أكثر من مناسبة عن معاناتها بسبب قلة الأعمال الفنية وابتعادها عن المشاركة في التمثيل خلال السنوات الأخيرة.

Sabry explained through a post on her "Facebook" account that there are artists living in a state of marginalization and artistic isolation due to the absence of opportunities, despite the ongoing artistic production and the existence of many works being showcased continuously.
She said: "Until when will artists die feeling oppressed and forced into isolation and retirement through neglect, marginalization, and a lack of opportunities, despite the abundance of opportunities for others?"
Questions and Complaints
She added: The complaints of artists about the lack of opportunities have become repetitive over the years, questioning the real reasons behind some artists' withdrawal from participating in artistic works, and who is responsible for this situation within the artistic community.
Abir Sabry also concluded her remarks by sending her prayers for the late Sihem Jalal.
