قضت محكمة القاهرة الاقتصادية بتغريم الفنانة المصرية هالة صدقي، 20 ألف جنيه ودفع 10 آلاف جنيه كتعويض مدني في الدعوى المقامة من الفنانة التشكيلية شاليمار الشربتلي زوجة المخرج خالد يوسف، والتي تتهم فيها صدقي بسبّها وقذفها والتطاول عليها.
مطعم وكافي
وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة إلى تقدّم شاليمار الشربتلي ببلاغ، ادّعت فيه تحويل مبالغ مالية إلى هالة صدقي للمشاركة في مشروع مطعم وكافيه بمنطقة الشيخ زايد. وأفادت الشربتلي بأنها حوّلت مليونين و483 ألفاً و480 جنيهاً، مطالبةً المحكمة بانتداب خبير حسابي لتحديد نصيبها من أرباح المشروع، مستندةً إلى تحويلات بنكية تعود إلى عامين سابقين.
غير أن المحكمة برّأت هالة صدقي من هذا الاتهام، لتبدأ الأخيرة سلسلة من المنشورات على صفحاتها الشخصية في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تشير فيها إلى المدعية بألفاظ قاسية وساخرة منها، ما دفع زوجة خالد يوسف لإقامة الدعوى السابقة.
The Cairo Economic Court has fined Egyptian artist Hala Sedky 20,000 Egyptian pounds and ordered her to pay 10,000 pounds as civil compensation in the lawsuit filed by visual artist Shalimar Al-Sharbatly, the wife of director Khaled Youssef, who accuses Sedky of defamation and insult.
Restaurant and Café
The details of the incident date back to Shalimar Al-Sharbatly filing a report, in which she claimed to have transferred funds to Hala Sedky to participate in a restaurant and café project in the Sheikh Zayed area. Al-Sharbatly stated that she transferred 2,483,480 Egyptian pounds, requesting the court to appoint an accounting expert to determine her share of the project's profits, based on bank transfers dating back two years.
However, the court acquitted Hala Sedky of this accusation, leading her to begin a series of posts on her personal social media pages, referring to the plaintiff with harsh and mocking terms, which prompted Khaled Youssef's wife to file the aforementioned lawsuit.
