حسمت الشاعرة الأردنية نجاح المساعيد اللغط الدائر حول القيمة الحقيقية للمبلغ المسروق منها، وذلك بعد أن أثارت الجدل بين مرتادي مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في اليومين الماضيين، كونهم لم يستطيعوا معرفة قيمة المبلغ المسروق وأسباب وملابسات الحادثة، لاسيما أن المساعيد ظهرت في بداية الأزمة في فيديو أكدت خلاله تعرضها لسرقة مبلغ 5 ملايين دينار أردني دون أن تشير إلى اللص، فيما كشف بيان للأمن الأردني أن اللص هو زوج الشاعرة، والمبلغ المسروق لا يتجاوز 5 ملايين درهم إماراتي.
ونشرت الشاعرة الأردنية مقطع فيديو جديداً عبر حساباتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، أوضحت فيه حقيقة ما تم تداوله بشأن قيمة المبلغ المسروق منها ونوع العملة، مؤكدة أنها تعرضت للسرقة وليس النصب أو الاحتيال كما تم تداوله.
وأضافت: «قرأت بأن المبلغ المسروق مني 5 أو 10 ملايين دينار، وهذا غير صحيح إطلاقاً، فالمبلغ هو 5 ملايين درهم إماراتي، أي ما يعادل مليون دينار أردني، لكنه كان بالدرهم الإماراتي وقت السرقة»، مؤكدة عدم تعرضها للاحتيال بل للسرقة.
وقالت: «بكيت طول الليل أمس ليس بسبب الفلوس فقط، بل بسبب من سرقها، الغدر بهذه الطريقة مؤلم جدّاً، فأنا كنت زينة مع هذا الإنسان وما كنت أستحق هذا التعامل، لكن قدر الله وما شاء فعل».
The Jordanian poet Najah Al-Masaeed has clarified the controversy surrounding the true value of the amount stolen from her, after she sparked debate among social media users in the past two days, as they were unable to determine the value of the stolen amount and the reasons and circumstances of the incident. Notably, Al-Masaeed appeared at the beginning of the crisis in a video where she confirmed that she was robbed of an amount of 5 million Jordanian dinars without mentioning the thief, while a statement from the Jordanian security revealed that the thief is the poet's husband, and the stolen amount does not exceed 5 million Emirati dirhams.
The Jordanian poet posted a new video through her social media accounts, in which she clarified the truth about what has been circulated regarding the value of the stolen amount and the type of currency, confirming that she was a victim of theft and not fraud or deception as has been reported.
She added: “I read that the amount stolen from me is 5 or 10 million dinars, and this is not true at all. The amount is 5 million Emirati dirhams, which is equivalent to 1 million Jordanian dinars, but it was in Emirati dirhams at the time of the theft,” confirming that she was not defrauded but rather robbed.
She said: “I cried all night yesterday not just because of the money, but because of who stole it. Betrayal in this way is very painful. I was good to this person and I did not deserve this treatment, but it is God's will, and what He wills happens.”
