تكرم هيئة المسرح والفنون الأدائية (الثلاثاء) القادم الفائزين في النسخة الثالثة من مسابقة التأليف المسرحي، وذلك في جامعة الأميرة نورة، ضمن معرض الرياض الدولي للكتاب.
وحظي المشاركون في المسابقة بفرص تطويرية نوعية تضمنت ورشًا تدريبية تهدف إلى تعزيز كفاءة النصوص، إلى جانب دعم إنتاج قراءات حيّة وعروض مسرحية تجريبية تسهم في اختبار النصوص، وتفعيلها دراميًا.
ويتضمن الحفل الختامي برنامجًا متكاملًا يجمع بين الاحتفاء، والتوثيق والتقييم، وكلمة للرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة المسرح والفنون الأدائية الدكتور محمد حسن علوان، إضافة إلى عرض فيلم تعريفي عن المسابقة وتطورها عبر النسخ الثلاث، وفيلم قصير يسلّط الضوء على فن التأليف المسرحي كونه رافدًا من روافد الإنتاج الثقافي الوطني.
كما يشهد الحفل تقديم عرض حي، وقراءة أدائية لأحد النصوص المسرحية في إطار ما يُعرف بـ«التجربة الحية»، بهدف تجسيد النص المكتوب على خشبة المسرح في صورته الأولية، وكذلك استعراض توصيات لجنة التحكيم التي تولت تقييم المشاركات، وتسليط الضوء على المعايير الفنية المعتمدة، وأبرز الاتجاهات التي ظهرت في النصوص المشاركة.
ويُختتم الحفل بإعلان الفائزين، وهم 9 فائزين في 3 مسارات؛ المسار العام، ومسار الطفل، ومسار الموروث المحلي، بواقع 3 فائزين لكل مسار، إلى جانب تكريم لجان التحكيم والشركاء الإستراتيجيين، تقديرًا لجهودهم في دعم المشروع، وتحقيق أهدافه الثقافية والإبداعية.
ويمثل الاحتفاء تتويجًا لمبادرة إستراتيجية تسعى من خلالها الهيئة إلى بناء بيئة مسرحية مستدامة تحتضن الإبداع المحلي، وتُعلي من قيمة النص بوصفه نواة العمل المسرحي، ومناسبة سنوية تحتفي بالمؤلف المسرحي السعودي، وأهمية دوره في العملية الإنتاجية للأعمال المسرحية الأصيلة ذات القيمة الفنية، والثقافية.
The Theatre and Performing Arts Authority will honor the winners of the third edition of the Playwriting Competition next (Tuesday) at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, as part of the Riyadh International Book Fair.
Participants in the competition had quality developmental opportunities that included training workshops aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the scripts, in addition to supporting the production of live readings and experimental theatrical performances that contribute to testing the scripts and activating them dramatically.
The closing ceremony will feature a comprehensive program that combines celebration, documentation, and evaluation, along with a speech by the CEO of the Theatre and Performing Arts Authority, Dr. Mohammed Hassan Alwan. Additionally, there will be a presentation of an introductory film about the competition and its development over the three editions, as well as a short film highlighting the art of playwriting as a vital contributor to national cultural production.
The ceremony will also witness a live performance and a dramatic reading of one of the theatrical scripts within what is known as the "live experience," aimed at embodying the written text on stage in its initial form, as well as showcasing the recommendations of the judging panel that evaluated the submissions, highlighting the adopted artistic criteria and the prominent trends that emerged in the participating scripts.
The ceremony will conclude with the announcement of the winners, who are 9 winners across 3 categories: the general category, the children's category, and the local heritage category, with 3 winners in each category, in addition to honoring the judging panels and strategic partners, in appreciation of their efforts in supporting the project and achieving its cultural and creative goals.
This celebration represents the culmination of a strategic initiative through which the authority aims to build a sustainable theatrical environment that embraces local creativity and elevates the value of the script as the nucleus of theatrical work, as well as being an annual occasion that celebrates the Saudi playwright and the importance of their role in the production of original theatrical works of artistic and cultural value.
