أنهت الفنانة المصرية المعتزلة شمس البارودي الجدل الدائر حول إمكانية عودتها للفن بعد سنوات طويلة من الاعتزال، مؤكدة في رسالة نشرتها عبر حسابها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أنها متمسكة بقرارها ولن تفكر مطلقًا في العودة للتمثيل.
الظهور الإعلامي
وأوضحت البارودي أن ظهورها الإعلامي أخيرًا يقتصر على التحدث عن حياتها الأسرية وتوثيق مشوار زوجها الراحل الفنان حسن يوسف، مشيرة إلى أن ما يروج له البعض بشأن نيتها استئناف مشوارها الفني لا أساس له من الصحة.
نفي شائعات عودتها للتمثيل
وقالت: «محبيني يعرفونني جيدًا، لكن البعض على مواقع التواصل يطلق شائعات ظالمة، فيزعمون أنني سأعود للفن أو يشككون في وفاة زوجي، أكرر للمرة الألف أنني نسيت التمثيل ولا أنوي العودة له أبدًا».
وأضافت أنها تعتبر التمثيل مجرد تقمص لشخصيات غريبة عن الممثل، بينما هي الآن لا تجيد سوى شخصيتها الحقيقية دون تكلّف أو نفاق.
الالتزام بالحجاب وحملات التشويه
وفي ما يتعلق بالحجاب، شددت على أن نشر صور قديمة لها بلا غطاء رأس لا يعني تخليها عن التزامها، مؤكدة أنها ما زالت ترتدي الحجاب بالمواصفات التي تناسب سنها وتتماشى مع الشرع، بعد استشارة علماء ثقات.
كما انتقدت ما وصفته بـ «حملات التشويه» التي تطالها من وقت لآخر، محذّرة من إطلاق الأحكام بغير علم، وداعية إلى تجنّب الظنون والغيبة.
واختتمت برسالة محبة لمتابعيها الأوفياء قائلة: «أهلاً بأحبابي الذين لا يسيئون الظن رحم الله زوجي الحبيب حسن يوسف وابني عبدالله، وأنا لاحقة بهما حين يأذن الله».
The retired Egyptian artist Shams Al-Baroudi has ended the ongoing debate about the possibility of her returning to the arts after many years of retirement, confirming in a message she published on her social media account that she is steadfast in her decision and will never consider returning to acting.
Media Appearance
Al-Baroudi clarified that her recent media appearances are limited to discussing her family life and documenting the journey of her late husband, the artist Hassan Youssef, pointing out that what some are promoting regarding her intention to resume her artistic career is baseless.
Denying Rumors of Her Return to Acting
She said: "My fans know me well, but some on social media spread unjust rumors, claiming that I will return to the arts or questioning the death of my husband. I repeat for the thousandth time that I have forgotten acting and have no intention of returning to it ever."
She added that she considers acting merely a portrayal of characters foreign to the actor, while she now only excels in her true personality without pretense or hypocrisy.
Commitment to Hijab and Defamation Campaigns
Regarding the hijab, she emphasized that posting old photos of her without a head covering does not mean she has abandoned her commitment, affirming that she still wears the hijab in accordance with her age and in line with religious guidelines, after consulting trustworthy scholars.
She also criticized what she described as "defamation campaigns" against her from time to time, warning against making judgments without knowledge and calling for avoiding assumptions and backbiting.
She concluded with a message of love to her loyal followers, saying: "Hello to my beloved ones who do not harbor ill thoughts. May God have mercy on my dear husband Hassan Youssef and my son Abdullah, and I will join them when God permits."
