أعلن مهرجان الجونة السينمائي اختيار فيلم «صوت هند رجب» للمخرجة التونسية كوثر بن هنية، ضمن فقرة «نافذة على فلسطين» في فعاليات الدورة الثامنة، المزمع إقامتها بين 16 و24 أكتوبر 2025.
قصة هند رجب
يستعرض الفيلم قصة الطفلة الفلسطينية هند رجب، التي كانت تبلغ ست سنوات، وفُقدت حياتها في يناير 2024 أثناء محاولتها الهروب من غزة مع عائلتها. ويعتمد العمل على تسجيلات صوتية حقيقية لمكالمتها مع متطوعي الهلال الأحمر، الذين سارعوا لمحاولة إنقاذها عبر إيصال سيارة إسعاف، ويُعاد تقديم هذه الأحداث من خلال مشاهد تمثيلية ينفذها ممثلون فلسطينيون.
شارك في بطولة الفيلم نخبة من الممثلين، بينهم سجا كيلاني، كلارا خوري، معتز ملحيس، وعامر حليحل.
جائزة الأسد الفضي
وحصد العمل سابقاً جائزة الأسد الفضي ضمن مسابقة لجنة التحكيم الكبرى في الدورة 82 لمهرجان فينيسيا السينمائي الدولي، ويحظى بدعم مجموعة من نجوم هوليوود كمنتجين تنفيذيين، بينهم براد بيت، يواكين فينيكس، وروني مارا، إلى جانب المخرجين ألفونسو كوارون وجوناثان غليزر.
ويستعد الفيلم للمشاركة في العديد من المهرجانات العالمية، من بينها مهرجان تورونتو السينمائي الدولي ضمن قسم Special Presentations، وأيضاً مهرجان الدوحة السينمائي، وقد أحدث الفيلم ضجة كبيرة خلال عرضه العالمي الأول، إذ استقبل بتصفيق حار استمر نحو 25 دقيقة.
The El Gouna Film Festival announced the selection of the film "The Voice of Hind Rajab" by Tunisian director Kawther Ben Hania, as part of the "Window on Palestine" section in the events of its eighth edition, scheduled to take place from October 16 to 24, 2025.
The Story of Hind Rajab
The film showcases the story of the Palestinian girl Hind Rajab, who was six years old and lost her life in January 2024 while trying to escape from Gaza with her family. The work relies on real audio recordings of her calls with Red Crescent volunteers, who rushed to try to save her by sending an ambulance, and these events are re-presented through dramatized scenes performed by Palestinian actors.
The film features a distinguished cast, including Saja Kilani, Clara Khoury, Moataz Malhis, and Amer Hlehel.
Silver Lion Award
The film previously won the Silver Lion award in the Grand Jury Prize competition at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival, and it enjoys the support of a group of Hollywood stars as executive producers, including Brad Pitt, Joaquin Phoenix, and Rooney Mara, alongside directors Alfonso Cuarón and Jonathan Glazer.
The film is preparing to participate in many international festivals, including the Toronto International Film Festival in the Special Presentations section, as well as the Doha Film Festival, and it created a significant buzz during its world premiere, receiving a standing ovation that lasted about 25 minutes.
