جددت الفنانة المصرية وفاء عامر تمسكها بحقها القانوني ضد كل من أساء إليها أو روج شائعات باطلة بحقها، مؤكدة أن ما نُسب إليها في قضية «تجارة الأعضاء» لا أساس له من الصحة.
لن أغفر لمن أساء إليَّ
وقالت عامر في تصريحات خاصة لـ«عكاظ»: «الله أنصفني رغم ما تعرضت له من ظلم، ولا أستطيع أن أسامح من أساء إليَّ»، مضيفة: «الحمد لله إن ربنا كشف ناس كتير خدعوني، وأي شخص تطاول عليَّ مش هسيبه، وهاخد حقي بالقانون».
ووجّهت الشكر لكل من ساندها من داخل الوسط الفني وخارجه، مؤكدة أن دعمهم كان سنداً معنوياً كبيراً لها في مواجهة ما وصفته بـ«الحملة الممنهجة لتشويه سمعتها».
حكم قضائي ضد «بنت مبارك»
وكانت محكمة جنح الاقتصادية في الإسكندرية قد أصدرت حكماً بحبس «البلوغر» المصرية مروة يسري، المعروفة إعلامياً باسم «بنت مبارك»، سنتين وتغريمها 100 ألف جنيه، في الدعوى التي أقامتها وفاء عامر ضدها بتهم السب والقذف والإزعاج عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
نفي شائعة الهروب
كما نفت الفنانة المصرية في وقت سابق عبر «عكاظ» ما تردد بشأن سفرها خارج البلاد هرباً من التحقيقات، مؤكدة أنها موجودة في مصر وتتابع مجريات القضية بشفافية، قائلة: «لا يوجد ما يدعوني للهروب، وكل ما أريده أن يظهر الحق كاملاً».
The Egyptian artist Wafaa Amer renewed her insistence on her legal right against anyone who has wronged her or spread false rumors about her, confirming that what has been attributed to her in the "organ trafficking" case is baseless.
I Will Not Forgive Those Who Wronged Me
Amer stated in exclusive remarks to "Okaz": "God has vindicated me despite the injustice I faced, and I cannot forgive those who wronged me," adding: "Thank God that my Lord exposed many people who deceived me, and anyone who has overstepped their bounds with me will not be spared, and I will take my rights through the law."
She expressed her gratitude to everyone who supported her from within the artistic community and beyond, affirming that their support was a significant moral support for her in facing what she described as "the systematic campaign to tarnish her reputation."
Court Ruling Against "Bint Mubarak"
The Economic Misdemeanor Court in Alexandria had issued a ruling to imprison the Egyptian blogger Marwa Yousry, known in the media as "Bint Mubarak," for two years and fined her 100,000 Egyptian pounds in the lawsuit filed by Wafaa Amer against her on charges of defamation, slander, and harassment via social media.
Denial of Escape Rumor
The Egyptian artist also denied earlier through "Okaz" the rumors about her traveling abroad to escape investigations, confirming that she is present in Egypt and is following the developments of the case transparently, saying: "There is no reason for me to escape, and all I want is for the truth to be revealed completely."
