أصدرت محكمة جنح الاقتصادية في الإسكندرية، اليوم (السبت)، حكماً بالحبس سنتين وغرامة 100 ألف جنيه على «البلوغر» المصرية مروة يسري، الشهيرة إعلامياً بـ«بنت مبارك»، في الدعوى المقامة ضدها من الفنانة وفاء عامر، بتهمة السب والقذف والإزعاج عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
وجاء الحكم بعد سلسلة جلسات محاكمة استمرت عدة أسابيع، وقررت المحكمة أيضاً إحالة الدعوى المدنية إلى الدائرة المختصة للنظر في التعويضات المحتملة. الحكم يمثل خطوة جديدة في حملة أوسع ضد مروة يسري، التي تواجه عدة قضايا أخرى بسبب محتواها المثير للجدل على منصات التواصل.
صعود مثير للجدل
تبلغ مروة يسري من العمر نحو 30 عاماً، وهي «تيكتوكر» و«بلوغر» مصرية ذاع صيتها في الأشهر الأخيرة عبر حساباتها، خصوصاً على «تيك توك»، حيث عُرفت باسم «بنت مبارك» بعد ادعائها أنها ابنة الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك، الذي حكم مصر من 1981 حتى 2011. هذا الادعاء نفت السلطات صحته بشكل قاطع، واعتبرته مجرد محاولة لجذب المتابعين.
بدأت مروة نشاطها الرقمي في 2022، مقدمة مزيجاً من الترفيه والاتهامات الاجتماعية والكشف عن «فضائح» مزعومة، ما جعلها محط جدل واسع. غير أن تصريحاتها الجريئة دفعت إلى اتهامها بنشر شائعات وتشهير، خصوصاً بعد حديثها عن قضايا حساسة مثل تجارة الأعضاء البشرية، الأمر الذي أثار غضب عدد من المشاهير ودفعهم إلى تقديم بلاغات ضدها.
تفاصيل الاتهام
القضية المقيدة برقم 1046 لسنة 2025 جنح اقتصادية المنتزه تعود إلى يوليو الماضي، حين نشرت مروة يسري بثاً مباشراً على «تيك توك» اتهمت فيه وفاء عامر بالضلوع في «تجارة الأعضاء البشرية»، وتزوير مستندات، والتسبب في وفاة أشخاص بصفتها وسيطاً في هذه الجرائم.
واعتبرت وفاء عامر هذه المزاعم سبّاً وقذفاً يمس سمعتها الفنية والشخصية، فتقدمت ببلاغ إلى النيابة العامة، التي أحالت يسري إلى المحكمة الاقتصادية بتهم السب والقذف، تعمد الإزعاج، وإنشاء حساب إلكتروني بقصد ارتكاب جريمة.
ووفق قرار الإحالة، أسندت يسري إلى عامر «وقائع لو صحت لأوجبت عقابها قانوناً»، في مخالفة صريحة لقانون العقوبات المصري. وقد نظرت المحكمة القضية، ورفضت طلب دفاع وفاء عامر بحظر النشر الإعلامي، لكونها قضية تمس الرأي العام.
حملة ضد المحتوى المسيء
يأتي الحكم في سياق حملة مكثفة تشهدها مصر ضد المحتوى الرقمي المسيء، إذ أدين عشرات المؤثرين خلال العام الماضي استناداً إلى قانون مكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات الصادر عام 2018، الذي ينص على عقوبات تصل إلى السجن خمس سنوات بحق المتورطين في جرائم التشهير عبر الإنترنت.
تعليق وفاء عامر
وفي أول تعليق لها بعد صدور الحكم، عبرت الفنانة وفاء عامر عن ارتياحها العميق، موجهة الشكر إلى القضاء المصري الذي وصفته بـ«الشامخ والعظيم».
وسبق لوفاء عامر أن طالبت باستخراج جثمان اللاعب إبراهيم شيكا وإجراء «المسح الذري» له، مؤكدة أن نتائجه ستثبت عدم انتزاع أي من أعضائه، وهو ما اعتبرته «أقوى رد» منها على الاتهامات التي طالتها بشأن التورط في قضايا تجارة الأعضاء البشرية.
The Economic Misdemeanor Court in Alexandria issued a ruling today (Saturday) sentencing the Egyptian blogger Marwa Yousry, known in the media as "Bint Mubarak," to two years in prison and a fine of 100,000 Egyptian pounds in a case brought against her by the artist Wafaa Amer, on charges of defamation, slander, and harassment via social media.
The ruling came after a series of trial sessions that lasted several weeks, and the court also decided to refer the civil case to the competent circuit to consider potential damages. The ruling represents a new step in a broader campaign against Marwa Yousry, who faces several other cases due to her controversial content on social media platforms.
Controversial Rise
Marwa Yousry is about 30 years old and is an Egyptian TikToker and blogger who gained fame in recent months through her accounts, particularly on TikTok, where she became known as "Bint Mubarak" after claiming to be the daughter of former President Hosni Mubarak, who ruled Egypt from 1981 to 2011. This claim was categorically denied by the authorities, who considered it merely an attempt to attract followers.
Marwa began her digital activity in 2022, presenting a mix of entertainment, social accusations, and the revelation of alleged "scandals," which made her a subject of widespread controversy. However, her bold statements led to accusations of spreading rumors and defamation, especially after she spoke about sensitive issues such as human organ trafficking, which angered several celebrities and prompted them to file complaints against her.
Details of the Accusation
The case registered under number 1046 for the year 2025 in the Economic Misdemeanor Court relates to last July when Marwa Yousry broadcasted live on TikTok, accusing Wafaa Amer of being involved in "human organ trafficking," forging documents, and causing the deaths of individuals as an intermediary in these crimes.
Wafaa Amer considered these allegations to be slander and defamation that affect her artistic and personal reputation, so she filed a complaint with the Public Prosecution, which referred Yousry to the Economic Court on charges of slander, defamation, intentional harassment, and creating an electronic account with the intent to commit a crime.
According to the referral decision, Yousry attributed to Amer "facts that, if true, would necessitate her legal punishment," in a clear violation of the Egyptian Penal Code. The court examined the case and rejected Wafaa Amer's defense request to prohibit media publication, as it is a case that touches on public opinion.
Campaign Against Offensive Content
The ruling comes in the context of an intensive campaign in Egypt against offensive digital content, as dozens of influencers were convicted last year based on the Anti-Cyber Crime Law issued in 2018, which stipulates penalties of up to five years in prison for those involved in online defamation crimes.
Wafaa Amer's Comment
In her first comment after the ruling, artist Wafaa Amer expressed her deep relief, thanking the Egyptian judiciary, which she described as "noble and great."
Wafaa Amer had previously called for the exhumation of player Ibrahim Sheka's body and conducting a "nuclear scan" on it, asserting that the results would prove that none of his organs were removed, which she considered the "strongest response" to the accusations against her regarding involvement in human organ trafficking cases.
