طالب محامي صانعة المحتوى مروة، التي تزعم أنها ابنة الرئيس المصري الراحل محمد حسني مبارك، المحامي طه الزقلاوي، بإجراء تحليل للحمض النووي (DNA) لموكلته، وأخذ عينات من نجلي الرئيس الراحل جمال وعلاء لحسم الجدل حول نسبها، داعياً الى إطلاق سراحها بضمان محل إقامتها، لعدم وجود مبررات لاستمرار حبسها الاحتياطي، خاصةً أن الأدلة الرقمية المقدمة «موثقة ولا يُخشى من العبث بها»، على حد وصفه.
وقال الزقلاوي: «تقدمت بعدة دفوع قانونية أمام النيابة، على رأسها بطلان إجراءات القبض والتفتيش التي نُفّذت بحق موكلتي، لاسيما أن البلاغ المقدم لا يستوجب أمر ضبط وإحضار، بل كان يكفي استدعاؤها رسمياً».
وكانت الأجهزة الأمنية ألقت القبض على الفتاة داخل منزلها في محافظة الإسكندرية، على خلفية بلاغ تقدّمت به الفنانة وفاء عامر، تتّهمها فيه بالتشهير عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وادّعاء تورطها في تجارة الأعضاء.
وفي أول تعليق من أسرة الرئيس السابق، ردّ علاء مبارك عبر حسابه على منصة «إكس»، قائلاً: «الكلام الفارغ ده لا يستحق الرد ولا له أي أهمية.. ومش كل واحد يقول كلام فارغ نمنحه اهتمام».
The lawyer of content creator Marwa, who claims to be the daughter of the late Egyptian President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak, has requested lawyer Taha Al-Zuqalawi to conduct a DNA analysis for his client and to take samples from the late president's sons, Gamal and Alaa, to settle the dispute regarding her lineage. He called for her release on the basis of her residence, stating that there are no justifications for her continued pretrial detention, especially since the digital evidence presented is "documented and there is no fear of tampering with it," according to his description.
Al-Zuqalawi stated: "I have submitted several legal defenses to the prosecution, foremost among them the invalidity of the arrest and search procedures that were carried out against my client, especially since the complaint filed does not warrant an arrest order; a formal summons would have sufficed."
The security forces had arrested the girl inside her home in Alexandria Governorate, following a complaint filed by actress Wafaa Amer, accusing her of defamation via social media and alleging her involvement in organ trafficking.
In the first comment from the former president's family, Alaa Mubarak responded via his account on the "X" platform, saying: "This nonsense is not worth a response and has no importance... and we should not give attention to every person who says nonsense."
