تحولت عملية شفط دهون كانت تأمل من خلالها شابة مصرية تحسين مظهرها إلى مأساة انتهت بوفاتها، فيما أثارت الواقعة تساؤلات حول الإجراءات الطبية التي سبقت الجراحة والساعات الأخيرة التي قضتها داخل مركز التجميل.
ووقعت الحادثة داخل أحد مراكز التجميل بمحافظة الإسكندرية، حيث توفيت أمل عبد النبي سعد، البالغة من العمر 23 عاماً، أثناء خضوعها لعملية شفط دهون؛ وفق ما ذكرته أسرتها.
وبحسب رواية ذويها، بدأت القصة بعدما اطلعت الشابة على إعلان لأحد أطباء التجميل عبر موقع (فيسبوك)، لتتواصل معه لاحقاً بغرض إجراء العملية، بعدما أرسلت التحاليل الطبية المطلوبة وصوراً للمنطقة المستهدفة بالجراحة. وأكدت أسرتها أن الشابة دخلت لإجراء العملية دون أن تخضع، بحسب روايتهم، لفحص طبي داخل المركز أو إجراءات تحضيرية سابقة للجراحة، ما دفعهم إلى التساؤل بشأن تقييم حالتها الصحية قبل التدخل الطبي. وأضافت أن العملية بدأت قرابة الحادية عشرة صباحاً، فيما بقيت الشابة داخل المركز حتى ساعات المساء، لتتلقى العائلة خلال تلك الفترة معلومات متباينة عن حالتها الصحية.
ووفقاً لأقوال ذويها، أفاد بعض العاملين بأن الشابة كانت داخل غرفة الإفاقة عقب انتهاء العملية، بينما أشار آخرون إلى أنها فارقت الحياة أثناء الجراحة، وهو ما أثار شكوك الأسرة بشأن حقيقة ما جرى. كما أوضحت شقيقة المتوفاة أن ملاحظات الأسرة على حالة الجثمان دفعتها للتشكيك في توقيت الوفاة، ما دفعها إلى إبلاغ الجهات الأمنية وتحرير محضر بالواقعة للمطالبة بكشف ملابسات الحادث.
وفي المقابل، باشرت الجهات المختصة تحقيقاتها للوقوف على تفاصيل الواقعة، فيما أفادت وسائل إعلام محلية بضبط الطبيب الذي أجرى العملية، تمهيداً لفحص الإجراءات الطبية المتبعة وتحديد المسؤوليات القانونية المرتبطة بالقضية.

The incident occurred at a beauty center in Alexandria Governorate, where Amal Abdel Nabi Saad, 23 years old, died while undergoing liposuction, according to her family.
According to her relatives, the story began when the young woman saw an advertisement for a cosmetic surgeon on Facebook, and she later contacted him to schedule the procedure after sending the required medical tests and pictures of the targeted area for surgery. Her family confirmed that the young woman entered to undergo the operation without, as they claim, having a medical examination at the center or any preparatory procedures prior to the surgery, which led them to question the assessment of her health condition before the medical intervention. They added that the operation began around eleven in the morning, while the young woman remained at the center until the evening hours, during which the family received varying information about her health condition.
According to her relatives, some staff members reported that the young woman was in the recovery room after the operation, while others indicated that she had passed away during the surgery, which raised the family's suspicions about the truth of what happened. The deceased's sister also explained that the family's observations of the condition of the body led her to doubt the timing of the death, prompting her to notify the security authorities and file a report about the incident to demand clarification of the circumstances surrounding it.
In response, the relevant authorities began their investigations to uncover the details of the incident, while local media reported the arrest of the doctor who performed the operation, in preparation for examining the medical procedures followed and determining the legal responsibilities related to the case.
The young woman's family is awaiting the results of the official investigations, hoping to reach a clear account of what happened inside the center during the hours leading up to the announcement of her death.
